Disappointed that when checking in the hotel did not any information about my paid reservation

The hotel still feels new. Good location, quiet rooms, helpful reception and breakfast staff

Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Location was brilliant and comfortable beds

O hotel é muito confortável, com decoração moderna e quartos bem aconchegantes. Os banheiros são espaçosos e possuem sabonete, shampoo e até hidratante para o corpo. As instalações parecem ser novas e bem manutenidas. Fica localizado bem no centro, com acesso a lojas, restaurantes e estação de trem e ônibus a pé.

Close to all amenities

Hampton by Hilton in Bath was a cut above the usual Premier Inn we tend to stay in. Very clean, room comfortable (with 2 pillows per person, we didn't have to ask or find another), and friendly staff. That said, the towels were rock hard and starting to wear: minor, but noticeable, compared to everything else. The location is good, except no possibility of on-site parking. You do get a discount for the local car parks, by inputting your car reg on a machine in the foyer - but it's not advertised particularly well. Otherwise, the compact Bath city centre is within easy reach, with no more than a 10-15 minute walk to get anywhere you want to go: plenty of restaurants and the Roman Baths and Abbey within 5-10 minutes.

Great location for a city stay. Could leave bags too.

Beautiful hotel, would highly recommend

I arrived at 2pm and the receptionist said my room was ready and I had been upgraded which was a lovely surprise. The room was lovely and the sofa area was a great feature. The shower was really nice too. Breakfast was decent. The waffles were lovely. Orange juice wasn't great but the breakfast was "free" so overall very happy. They offer a simple menu with pasta, burgers and pizza. However it is over priced. I ordered on uber eats one night and collected from the nearby nandos on night 2. Location was ideal. Short walk from the train station. Also a bus stop right outside the hotel which the hop on hop off bus also stops at for anyone wanting to explore that way. Check out was fuss free.

Everything we wanted to see and visit was within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. Only downside to this is the lack of space to have breakfast as it seemed like everyone was there at the same time.

It was ok, very late check in and staff seemed a bit disinterested but room was good

The hotel is so so calculative. I never experience a hotel that will charge £25 to help store a luggage for a while. My train left in the evening. Also, I requested to have a 1 hour late check out. And they requested us to give additional £50. I am an international travelers. Never I experience this service in my life. If you want to make your city welcome to tourists the be nice and resonable.

We checked in and had to pay a £10 deposit incase we used mini bar which is no problem but they ended up taking another £234. I have already paid for the hotel in full weeks ago. The reception said it has been reversed and you have straight away but now there telling us 10 days. This was our spending money for a birthday weekend away TERRIBLE

Great location

Good location within walking distance to most things you want to see in Bath. Modern, clean room. Breakfast was good quality and variety. Housekeeping was hit and miss, some days they just didn't show up.
