When we arrived we discovered that there were no instructions supplied for any of the appliances. This is dangerous. We worked out how to use the oven by ourselves but we could not make the hob work at all. On Googling the issue (which we had to do as there were no instructions supplied) it appeared that the hob only worked on with certain types of saucepan. Fortunately we were able to use the microwave for cooking our beans. There was no oven glove supplied either; so we had to use a folded tea-towel to retrieve our hot meal from the oven. This is extremely dangerous. The bathroom is a death-trap. The toilet is crammed into the corner with so little room between it and the wall-heater that you have to sit on it at right angles to use it. My husband had to stand at right angles to it to use it. The shower is a lot higher than the floor and there is no grab handle. Also there is no way to keep the water running unless you keep one finger jammed on the on button; which makes having a shower a very long and rather inefficient process. Our daughter tried having a shower at bed time on the Saturday night (about 10.00) and there was no hot water at all: so not only did she have to keep her finger jammed on the button to keep the water running, it was freezing cold. Considering that these were supposed to be luxury apartments and we paid a lot of money for 2 nights we were extremely unimpressed. We have had better stays in budget hotels.

It was great to have a self contained flat. We brought groceries and cooked for ourselves. The only concern was to have better lighting at the back of the property. It was hard to see where we were walking.

It was great to have multiple spaces for us to work and have separate bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower lacked power, and the toilet seat needs fixing. It would have been nice to have some table lamps in the living room for a more relaxed feel.

Great option for a family trip to London!

The car park was extremely cramped, with a significant drop-off that was hard to spot in the dark—making it very easy to accidentally damage your vehicle. The apartment was poorly equipped: there were no tea towels for drying dishes, no dishwashing liquid, and no dishwasher, which left the cutlery and utensils less than clean. Additionally, my son lost something under his bed, and the area was very dirty. On a positive note, the apartment was warm, quiet, and conveniently located near a train station.

Good location. Kingston is close by and so is Hampton Court Palace. Property good and clean. Our bed was getting a bit tired though, felt like we had a hill in the middle of the bed. Although we did not make use of much of the kitchen facilities it had enough to accommodate a good stay.

Dominic, a staff at reception was excellent in attending to our needs.

Apartment was lovely looking. The bed was an absolute pile of crap. We couldnt sleep from the discomfort and both left with back pain. Took away the joy of being away.

Moldy bathrooms, never received the stated 7 day service, had to request toilet paper twice and call multilpe times to have it delivered. Horrible place, do not stay there!

Our best stay yet. We stayed in a lovely one bed apartment. Spacious and modern with a wrap around balcony.

Nice and cosy. Improvements, need more cooking ware like frying pan. Also need washing machine and dishwasher. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Very helpful staff at the hotel check-in. 4 minute walk to the apartment. I mistakenly went to the Hampton Suite 1, rather than 2, which was next door! Took a while to work that out. Flat clean and very spacious. Some carpet staining in the public areas but overall cleanliness was excellent.

Well equipped kitchenette. Parking overnight is free at a nearby car park

Clean spacious accommodation. Only improvement is to have fresher white towels. The bath and hand towels were tired and worn out and no longer pure white.

The apartment had what you would need for 2 people staying for a weekend and planning to be out most of the time, but it would be a little sparse for any other purpose. We only received the email stating that we had to check in at the Crowne Plaza hotel 5 minutes down the road the day before and there was only one set of keys available which caused us a problem as my husband and I had different plans for the evening and weren’t going to get back at the same time. If you want a quiet night I would suggest requesting an apartment at the back of the building as ours was at the front and suffered from road noise. We were lucky to get a parking space on site but several other guests weren’t because there are 2 large storage containers taking up at least 4 of the parking spaces. They look like permanent fixtures. It gave the impression that it had been furnished and maintained cheaply. The laminate floor was tatty, there was a knife missing from the preparation knife set, the 2 wine glasses didn’t match, there were only 2 pans and no serving bowls that could be used for salad etc, the toilet roll holder kept falling over, and one of the floating shelves sloped downwards. The biggest downside was the bed is too large for the bedroom and left little space to get round in the corner where the wardrobe is situated.
