A generously sized apartment in a wonderful location with a view of the harbour. We had a full family group and everyone had enough space. Well equipped for self catering but above a fabulous restaurant (no problems with noise from above or below) and many other great choices for great eating out within 5 minutes. The stand out feature is the harbour view - you could spend a lifetime just watching the sea, the harbour, the crabbers, the people trying to choose between 5 delicious ice cream vendors, the boats, the fishermen unloading or the weekly choir singing. Our highlights were seeing Wiggin (the harbour seal) and line caught tuna being unloaded. Be aware there are a couple of staircases to access the place (from a slightly industrial rear entrance) and a 300m walk from the car park where you can book additional car spaces at a very reasonable rate.

This flat is in an excellent location and is spacious and well laid out. This could be superb if the Owners upgraded a few items such as signage to identify where the unit is, motion detection lights on the very dark entrance alley, toilet roll holders (!) and change the carpets and some furniture. With those this would be amongst the best units in Cornwall.
