Room clean

Upon arrival travelling from buxton me and my partner had arrived at around half 12 ish although check in wasnt untill 3 i went to reception no ones there so there was a note saying ring this number so rang the number and explained i no im early but just wanted to leave my bags as didnt want to be carrying them atound the airshow to wich the man on the phone replied well ylu cant check in yet... so some young lad came down to what u woildnt even call a reception and peeked through the blinds he look like he had just woken up anyway he gave me the room card and said room 15, DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR MY NAME (THANK GOD THERE WASNT A FIRE) AND THEY DIDNT EVEN SHOW US WHERE IT WAS, anyway me and my partner found our on way up to the room, tbh for one night stay it was do able so we left our bags and made our way out to the airshows. the place was quite in the morning come check out there was still no one around but a box wich said leave key card here so we did so through the whole stay i could have been anyone they was letting in for a place for one night is do able but other than that avoid at all cost it charged me £176 for 2 people for 1 night no breakfast no decent check in or check out saw one person and that's who gave us the card it was awful to say the least NEVER AGAIN if i could get a refund i would. How they call it hotels is beyond my belief needs shutting down

It was good for what we wanted last minute

T.V’s didn’t work, booking said sofa bed and double bed but it was actually a double bed and single bed, the windows didn’t open which is a fire hazard which the fire alarm went off 7:30 in the morning, upon tidying the room before leaving we found lots of stuff under the bed, underwear, ‘substances’ cutlery, lots of stuff from different people there, not to mention I had 4 children with me, plus very dirty covers and everything overall

Booked it, they took my money for the week, got there and it was closed. Total joke but I'm glad. It looked a total dump

The room was cheap in comparison to other nearby hotels. The bedding and towels were clean, as was the bathroom on the whole. The bed wasn't that comfortable, the mattress was pretty hard. The biggest issue was the lack of curtains and blinds that didn't close properly. Not great when you're right on the street front. I paid £54 and I think that was in the more expensive side for what we got. The room was very small and a lot of noise through the night from the road and trams.

Totally avoid this hotel. I was booked in for 4 nights. I only stayed one. There is no window in the fire escape door upstairs. The wind and rain that night was horrendous. No hot water in the toilet sink. This place should be closed down. It not fit for habitation. The smell of damp is overpowering. Avoid at all costs.

Easy from start to finish, I wanted an economic stay and received it, with the added bonus of free parking (which should be provided by all hotels but isn’t)

Was fine for a last minute stay, internet signal was poor and we had random fire alarms going off in the night, but only needed it for a last minute booking for somewhere to sleep

No bulb in light fitting No kettle No tv remote No plug in sink

Room warm, Bed was comfy and bedding clean and warm- which was good it was freezing outside. TV not working, we reported it and staff had a look. Car parking very handy. Owners new, and I’m sure over time the place will gain atmosphere and fit tires and fitting will be renewed.

Not bad, not great. Nice enough people checking in, hotel appears clean but a close look and not great ( shower unclean, under beds not good etc). Biggest complaint is the noise. No curtains so doesn’t keep much noise out from the road out front and trams, also generally the other guests were noisy and the apartments next door seem to attract party goers. Obviously this is Blackpool (close enough) so you know what to expect and the roads outside we knew were there but generally it’s an ok hotel, wouldn’t recommend for a family though.

Room was lovely cosy and comfortable well equipped room and bathroom for my familys needs, everything worked radiator, television, shower, mohammed was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend 👍⭐️

Lovely room with sea view, only downside was there were only tiny cups, would have preferred mugs, and no tea bags. Breakfast in the hotel would have been preferred but we found somewhere to eat quite easily. The host's were lovely. Even though they have only been open for a few weeks we will definitely be back to see where they have taken it. Thanks for a lovely stay.
