Martin was very lovely on arrival but we didn’t expect to be kept up all night by young adults roaming the halls slamming doors every 10 minutes and playing music until 5am. For the price the room was as expected and cleanliness was ok but the facilities are very tired and we didn’t get any sleep

Hotel was easy to locate, my sis got there before me and the staff was prompt at granting access, room was awful, smelt so bad like p** on the carpet! Bathroom was clean which was good but we left immediately I arrive to a different hotel as we could not bear the p** smell of the room! Wasted money, waisted time, ended up being stressed and late for my occasion. Would not recommend!!!

Decent nights sleep and a good place to get your head down for the night.

Only stayed the night for me and my son, Martin was very helpful and very chatty, a really nice chap , very pleasant room perfect for the price and needs we had , great location and will definetly return there for London visits as it's about a mile from station too

Great stay at the hotel, we had a good stay and all the necessary things for a great stay.

Basic room, nice enough staff, uncomfortable bed and pillow. Very noisy , banging doors, talking in corridor. Noisy guests again from before 4am. Decided to get up and leave very early as waste of time trying to sleep.

Super friendly service - we stay in Romford once a year and I wish we’d found this place sooner. Martin is a cracking guy and the price was more than reasonable.

Martin was very helpful, welcoming, polite, friendly and jolly!!! Amazing welcome. The room was clean and was pleasantly surprised that there was hand soap, a couple of toilet rolls not just 1, shower gel, microwave, extra heater and mini fridge along with more!

Room 10 - right by the office. Handy for car park to rear. Quite noisy when the office is busy. When I arrived the guy on the desk said 3 nights for 3 people (I corrected him - 2 nights for 1 person) I was then shown to a single room which I assume he hadn’t planned to give me. He quickly removed what appeared to be used towels from the bathroom and replaced them. I then questioned the cleanliness of the bed - it looked used and there were hairs on the sheet (the guy blamed the cleaner who he said had long hair, but the hairs were short) I was provided with a full set of clean bedding. The bathroom needs updating. There is no shelf to put anything. Hot water took forever to come through. Skirting board very dusty. Plenty of shelving / hanging space, but maybe put a door on the wardrobe. There is parking to the rear which is quite tight, but when I was there a skip was taking up one space. The front of the property has parking, but the surface is poor.

Une nuit seulement. Salle de bain avec douche propre mais eau froide le matin, lavabo pas lavé avec des restes de saletés. Bruyant (les évacuations dans l'immeuble, la ventilation de la salle-de-bain et la route très passante). Draps très propres, lits confortables, accueil charmant. Donc correct pour une nuit.

Perfect if all you is a place to lay your head for the night, rooms are clean (nothing special) ensuite is small but functional, Martin is a happy host, there is limited parking which is good as the property is right obviously to of a busy junction with A12
