Hilton London Heathrow Airport

We liked it…it was close to the airport and we didn’t have to figure out the hassle of airport travel but it allowed us to be close to the city and we were able to navigate easily from the hotel and back.

Executive lounge could be better equipped

The Hilton at T4 Heathrow seems to have stripped out the details to make it a higher end hotel. the bed was comfortable, but the room we stayed in was very cramped. Our 3 carry on size bags squeezed in the room. The bathroom layout was dated. Not enough information in the room about services available - not many! The gym in the basement has basic aesthetic. The service in the bar was average. Breakfast was very good. Overall, the decor bland. Stay for convenience not the experience.

Disappointing 2-night stay. Room not cleaned after first night. Shower did not drain which isnt good in open shower. Offer of free breakfast and bottles of water didnt remedy the situation. No clean towels in gym on second day and treadmill not clean - splattered with ‘old’ sweat. Wanted to charge £110 for 39 hours parking when quoted £33 per day. Managed to get parking sorted after 2 trips to front desk.

We stayed 1 overnight arriving in the UK and 1 just prior to leaving. This hotel is very accessible by walking through a covered walkway from Heathrow Terminal 4 in about 5 minutes. The rooms were very clean, the staff excellent and the breakfast is great and has virtually anything you would want. The only reason its not scored 5 throughout is that it is a very busy hotel that has a lot of traffic and is in need of some updating. For example the booth seats in the restaurant have become worn and cracked. If using Terminal 4 again, will certainly stay in the Hilton.

This is a great airport hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food options were fantastic and delicious.. had a great night sleep before connecting to my flight the following morning. . Covered walkway to terminal 4.

We booked this hotel last minute, during a sweltering heatwave which forced us to cancel a different hotel. We arrived to be delighted with the cool AC in both lobby and 2 rooms. Staff greet us warmly and booked 2 adjoining rooms for our family. Breakfast was ample and delicious, and the gym was well equiped and chilled temps. We definitely will stay at this property again in future visits to London. special mentions to Anita and Niomi at the front desk: wonderful !!

I was really happy with my choice of hotel. It was clean, provided everything I needed before travelling on. The cafe was pleasant but most importantly the all staff were very helpful and happy to provide whatever information you needed. Great stay.

The hotel is awesome but arriving and asking for shuttle is confusing. There are 3 Hilton’s. There is a charge for the shuttle. (Not related to hotel ). We were dropped off in the wrong hotline It is connected. Is walkway to terminal 4 which was fabulous. We went into London to see a play, connected with picadilly line. Very efficient. If your room includes the lounge access, the afternoon selection was great but the morning underwhelming Room are quite for a hotel near the airport. Hope this helps another traveler

Onsite restaurant is nuce

Good room.

Evening staff was uninformed. My room fridge was broken. The man who was sent to the room said the temperature control needed adjustment. Of course that did nothing. Finally my room was changed.

I initially booked the room with a credit card. That card expired before my actual stay. I received multiple emails daily that I needed to update payment method despite the fact that I updated it after receiving the first note. Ridiculous that I ended up having to call hotel directly about it as they were going to cancel my reservation. Additionally, when I arrived at the hotel, I needed dinner. I wanted room service. I was required to put $100 on my credit card for whatever I might order. I then went to my room, looked at the menu and ordered dinner. When my dinner was delivered, I was required to again provide my credit card for another charge for it, despite the $100 coverage. We'll see if I'm charged for both. Finally, no free coffee in the morning that I could find. Ridiculous. Upsides: The room was comfortable, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good. But I will not stay there again.

Great staff and beautiful property. Nice restaurant and bar and great breakfast. We chose it for those reasons and the fact that its right by the airport, however we still had to pay for a cab to get to the airport. I would expect a free shuttle at the least. Just know that it's not really a walkable trip to get to the airport terminal, especially with luggage.

I stay at this location frequently because I love it! The staff is always so kind and welcoming. It also has air-conditioning, and right now, that’s pretty important! I have had very delicious meals at OXBO, the onsite restaurant. There are choices for vegetarian and meat eaters alike. The staff also takes into consideration dietary preferences and/or restrictions. All in all, this is a really great place to stay on your way in or out of Heathrow!

Airport transfer is not frequent is has a fee. This is not competitive

I only spent a few hours to sleep during a layover, but the experience was great and the location was convenient, although quite a walk from my terminal.
