A short pleasant stay in a lovely location in Syon Park.. have stayed before and still valued the room, the amenities and staff

I booked a one night stay after seeing good reviews only to be disappointed. 1) Check in: At check in, no information was provided on hotel breakfast/facilities/wifi, staff seemed unbothered and just handed over room keys 2) Room: Upon entering the room, it was filthy with glass tables not clean and hair strands lying around on the room tables. The only thing that looked clean was the bathroom and bed. There were no robes or slippers in bathroom and only two towels which makes me wonder if the room had actually been cleaned at all. I did not bother complaining about the room as I was out most of the time. 3) Safety issues with inconsiderate rude staff: Whilst I was in my room with my partner and newborn child, another hotel guest had managed to access my room with a key they held even though I had both my access key cards with me. I contacted hotel management via room telephone to complain about how someone else who was not staff had got access to my room and entered placing myself, partner and my child at risk. Hotel management were rude and inconsiderate over the phone trying to make it seem as though it was nothing serious and something I was imagining! There was no apology or investigation into this matter which further led me to checkout early. I had high hopes for this hotel considering the good reviews I had read however, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and book elsewhere where you will receive the service you have paid for!

Wir hatten zwei separate Zimmer bekommen für 6 köpfige Familie. Leider waren die Zimmer mit Verbindungstür vergeben. Aber man hat sich Gedanken und Mühe gemacht uns dennoch zwei nebeneinander gelegene Zimmer zu geben. Damit waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück dort ist wirklich ausgezeichnet (vielseitig- also für jedermann was dabei. Man konnte sich zusätzlich Omeletts bestellen) Das Highlight war jedoch der Wellness Bereich. Dieser ist im Haus und nur für ab 18.Jährige zugänglich. (Kostet jedoch für 2 Stunden pro Person 25£ knapp 30€p.P. . Extras wie Massagen kann man auch je nach Verfügbarkeit buchen) Parkplätze sind auch ausreichend vor dem Hotel kostenlos vorhanden. Das einzige Negative, welches mir und meinem Mann auffiel und zu berichten ist, sind die Flugzeuge, die man ab einer bestimmten Uhr in der Früh alle paar Minuten starten und laden hörte. Das war schon störend für jemanden, der das eher nicht kennt.

The room didn’t have any slippers or dressing gowns which are usually in all the other Hilton’s I’ve stayed at. Check out was extremely early. No choice for late check out or even additional bottles of water which was disappointing. The food and service in the restaurant and breakfast was nice. Very disappointing that the children couldn’t use the swimming pool.

The hotel is in the perfect location for a quiet, peaceful break away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough for a journey wherever you want to be. The staff are lovely and the whole hotel is spotless

The staff were amazing everywhere. It was my wife's birthday and they really made my wife feel special. Well done and keep up the good work. I would definitely revisit this location.

Boring part of London but we chose it for proximity to family and the airport. Hotel overall really good. A bit old. But room size excellent (we chose an upgrade), staff good, restaurant good though good typically English bland and done without flair, overall, just hits 4 starts.

The hotel, setting was lovely. The room was. But for the middle of winter the thin bedding wasn’t enough and my partner was frozen despite a thermostat in the room which was set. It might be an idea too in the form of a notice for those wanting to walk around the area, or coming back off public transport to be given details what gates are still open past a certain time so they don’t have to walk up the main drive which is a very long way, especially in the dark.
