Hotel was okay albeit a bit tired looking. Shower was a bit poor and so were the maintenance repairs. Food and drink was quite expensive ( everywhere is I suppose) My dish ( a curry) came out without the naan bread and my partner’s ‘Signature Shepherds Pie’ came out first of as a big pile os sloppy mash and virtually no meat , sent that back . Second serving was a big pile of sloppy mash with some meat. The curry was fine but the Sheppards pie not so good. The positives were a nice bed and helpful staff.

Room felt like it was in another town, long walk! Paying for parking whilst staying at a hotel in Aylesbury is ridiculous. Otherwise all fine with hotel.

We have used this hotel over 10 times in recent years and keep coming back. It is a shame that they now charge £7.50 for overnight car park for paying guests. In our opinion, if you are a guest, parking should be free in this out of town location. The wraps in the restaurant are excellent!

The hotel is like an ex council block, not very visually appealing but has a nice reception area once inside. We were overcharged by £100 and the manager says it was for dinner that we never had. We were never told about dinner and dinner was definitely not booked for us. We were told that we had a premium room with extra space; all I can say is I would hate to think what it would have been in a normal sized room, they must have been tiny. We asked for a quiet room and we were given a room opposite a noisy road with an adjoining door to another room which had children who liked to keep banging the door. Instead of giving the money back for the dinner that we never received the manager wants us to go back there again with a discount! We really will not ever be returning.

One of the best hotel stays we have enjoyed in the UK. Excellent room, facilities, etc. A unique experience at breakfast - the bread only had to go through the machine once to come out perfectly toasted (every time!). Very rare in UK hotels. Also, the bacon was fresh and perfectly cooked - not dry and bone hard like so many other hotels. Impressed! All staff were attentive, polite, friendly and helpful. A credit to Holiday Inn.

Good hotel

Very pkeasant overnight stay. Used the pool and had a very nice evening meal. Lovely bbreakfast with quality ingredients. All staff were very helpful and friendly.

Room was clean & bed comfortable, pool was great, staff were friendly. Didn't try the breakfast but stayed for 2 nights and very happy with our stay.

Room was a little cool in the evening. No heated towel rail in bathroom

Pool and Spa are small but adequate. Very strict rules on under 16’s using any of the facilities other than the pool. Reception and breakfast staff were great but leisure staff could’ve friendlier. Rooms are good, pillows not so much. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice for everyone.

Clean room , Amazing, friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with varieties of food to choose from.
