Holiday Inn Guildford, an IHG Hotel

Late checkin, accommodated without issue. Great friendly staff!

Communal areas were nice but the bedroom and bathroom were really poor. Tired needs modernisation! Wouldn’t have wanted to stay more than one night.

It was convenient for the hospital I had to attend and at walking distance. Didn't realise I had to pay for parking until I got there, Cost £16:00 for 2 nights.

Used as an emergency with partner kept in hospital nearby. Looked a lovely place however i only stayed in the room and didnt have breakfast.

Sadly I've experienced a terrible time. I have stayed here before no problems.shame this wasn't so. We had a ground floor room . Next to gym very noise in morning. Very expensive room for no breakfast.. bed terrible uncomfortable. No biscuits no drinking water no glasses

Stayed here before. Love the ease of access, the cleanliness of the property and professionalism of the staff.

The hotel and staff are very welcoming, really had a good stay

We had a full bed for my wife and I. It turned out to be too small, so the front desk had 2 twins available, so we took that. Later that day , they told us a king had opened up and moved us to a much more comfortable room. Excellent service.

Convenient for access to hospital. Not sure it warranted nearly double price for 1 night in December over November date. Shame parking was then another cost on top of the cost of the room, although fairly priced. Breakfast buffet was nice, plenty of choice. Staff super friendly.

The Hotel is in good condition and breakfast was quality with a wide choice. Staff were helpful and friendly. I would happily stay there again.

Whilst the location of the hotel was convenient for us to attend a meeting and the restaurant/lobby area was pleasant, this stay and experience was unfortunately let down by the terrible state of the room. This part of the hotel is not only out dated in decor but poorly maintained and dirty. There were rotten door frames, stained carpets, black mould and cigarette burns on the sheets. The heating/fan system is also very old and noisy so it was a choice between using the climate control and being disturbed by the noise or being cold overnight

interior design was great and it was a good deal for the price, overall we had a pleasant experience

Check in took far too long, I got a pint to pass the time. Modern communal area but dated rooms / gym. Warm pool, decent sauna, and a good breakfast.
