As good as ever.

Good. Food service is nice. Staff Kiran is serving food in polite and generous manner.

The staff was lovely. When we discovered our flight left before the breakfast buffet was open they arranged for us to receive bag breakfasts to take along. The staff also provided directions to beautiful park to walk in and the old pub

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a lovely man who took an interest straightaway on how I was and how my trip was. The hotel is lovely, clean and bright. The food smelt amazing, can’t comment on the taste as I didn’t buy anything but all looked great. Cleaning never stopped and it was very well put together. Doesn’t seem like anything was any trouble for them.

We were unable to find where to catch the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel so became very muddy in the process. In future we would stay in one of the hotels on the airport.

Airport Hotel.

The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The staff were friendly. Located very near the airport. We did not use the airport shuttle (for a fee) and instead used an UBER to the airport. We had the breakfast and it was very good and had a large variety of food.

Amazing Hotel with 24/7 HOPA shuttle every 15 minutes to/from the front door of hotel for about $5 from Gatwick airport, At Gatwick airport, one can catch the metro, rail, or bus service. For international travelers, a better explanation as to where to pick up the HOPA shuttle upon first arrival would be very handy. The only negative was that the sole computer in the business center was not working and fron desk agent said I could email to them the boarding pass from my phone, which I wanted to avoid,

Good location, adequate food options. Could do with a hairdryer in the room.

Everything was above expectations, Exception 1: Business Center was unusable as computer screen would not turn on. Front desk subsequently said that to get my boarding pass I could email them and they would print it out. That's not what I wanted to do from my mobile phone. Exception 2: It could have been clearer, especially for an international traveler, on how to get to hotel via the Hoppa and where to pick it up. Once I experienced the how to, then it was a breeze to get to from hotel-airport. Consider sending a message (text or email) day before or on how to get to hotel. Everything els was excellent and I'll go there again.

Overall a good stay however felt the food and the service were poor

This Property is amazing if you are flying from Gatwick airport, the airpot shuttle comes outside the hotel. Breakfast was good and had amazing one night sleep. If you are going to be dropped by someone at the hotel they get guest 15 mins free parking.

Brief stop before early flight. Only grumble was poor draining plug and shower.

The room was very cold and the heat took forever to warm up.

Nice hotel, but I recommend that the heating and fuses are controlled frequently

Easy access to the airport. Shuttle bus available for a fee. Food at the restaurant was very good

Ideal for a one night stay before going to gatwick airport....the gatwick hopper runs 24/7 and stops outside the hotel... Food was nice in restaurant
