Holiday Inn London - Shepperton, an IHG Hotel

If we are in the area we would stay at this hotel. As a young family we had concerns with the children’s play area too close to the front door for the safety of the children.

The welcome.we got was lovely and gave us amazing vibes about staying there seemed a friendly pleasant place but then first time walking to our room when my son 12 years old to"get out the way can you no see the trolley ive got " from a cleaner in a hallway because he had bags passing her cleaning. Had no shower first night the water pressure and took 24 hours to be delt with. Spoke to the receptionist 2nd day and mentioned the problems and said for the price of stay its a bit disappointing and kind of exepcted them to try make some wort off guesure or even gift a drink to show they actually calue customers hotel was nice just the little troubles i had wasnt a priorty and not taken as a issue

Nice inside but tired outside. Very busy and lots of new staff so really helpful but service late and at times poor. Also allocated a disabled access room without being told. Shower very low etc

Always lovely staff who go above and beyond, from check in staff to cleaning staff. Just great.

It was a lovely room. Had all the amenities we needed. The reception gave us a little book and pens for our 1 year old which was lovely.

Bonjour, Il n'y avait pas de chauffage dans la chambre et j'au eu tres froid, je me suis plaint auprès de la réception et ils m'ont fourni un petit chauffage d'appoint non suffisant pour réchauffer la chambre. Cordialement.

It is clean but the food it’s terrible and if you travel by car and you park in they’re car park they’ll send you a fine after a week even if you oay for the car park at the reception

Nice hotel. However guests over the corridor were partying loudly until the early hours. The staff dealt with it eventually.

It was too cold, please fix this issue.

Room not clean, very noisy doors just outside the room and breakfast was terrible.

It was quiet and a pretty scenic location just a bit inaccessible without a car

I was ahead of the queue so did not have to wait long but 1 person on check in peak time and a lot of people at the back of me. Got to the room no sofa bed made up for our some no bedding rang house keeping and reception twice no answer . After an hour I went down to see them yes I will sort said the beleaguered receptionist , he did not an hour later after multiple calls house keeping answered . “Are you in a hurry because we have only one team member on and a lot of will to do hotels full. .” No it’s ok we will go eat and you can access the room” An hour later not done , approaching 9.30 it was done all fine. Meal was better than last year same event , breakfast was great usual holiday inn style.

Not the best stay, long wait for food when others were served before me. Same glass used when ordering fresh despite asking for fresh!. Room - inter joining room heard my neighbour snoring all night, not good. After my morning shower I had to mop the floor as the as the rubber on the glass screen had failed. I’m sorry to say I won’t return.

Room TV kept going back to standby mode, so moved to another room. had dinner in bar area, had to wait a long time for meal. also was auto charged 10% gratuity on top of meal ! not happy with this.
