We liked where the property was situated as it was so convenient for everything, shopping, restaurants, transport links. The hotel itself is styled as Victorian times gone by in St Annes on Sea

Amazing family and dog friendly hotel, superb breakfast with great choices, wonderful luxurious rooms and friendly and welcoming staff. The family room we stayed on was.wonderdul,.I had a double bed and there was a door to a smaller room attached, open the door and a beautiful child's room appears, complete with toys, bunk bed, books, TV and DVDs, perfect and as my daughter's reaction said "wow, wow, wow". Our first stay at this beautiful house but definitely won't be out last, well done to all the team.

The good was delicious, a very tasty traditional British breakfast. The hotel is quaint and lovely. Beds were good. Everything was excellent for a lovely stay.

Needed a short break in St Anne’s in a top quality bed and breakfast . I selected Howarth House due to the previous excellent reviews. I wasn’t disappointed. Beautiful property in a fantastic location. Thank you

Comfortable, spacious and clean room. A little old fashioned. Very nice friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. The car park spaces are very tight so we chose to park on the street (for free) for fear of the car being bumped.

Lovely stay in a great room with its balcony and very nice staff. Breakfast with an excellent choice and quality ingredients. Already looking forward to staying here again hopefully in the family room with two of our grandchildren. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

A perfect location as a base for exploring the stunning town of Lytham and surrounding areas. The property itself is immaculately presented throughout, with the decor perfectly balancing the historical character of the building, with contemporary style choices. The room and public areas were spotless and very well maintained. And whilst the solo room is quite small, it's bright, airy, cosy and comfortable, with plenty of storage. A very friendly welcome upon arrival from the owner, who took an interest in my visit and offered advice about Lytham. A tasty breakfast was included, with a lovely menu to choose from. Overall, great value and highly recommended
