Nice hotel

Could improve on cleaning - there were cobwebs and dust in areas. Not bad for the price. Rooms have been refurnished.

Comfortable room, shower was excellent. Handy little bar on the ground floor. Highly recommend.

Had a great time. I enjoyed the hotel very much. Nice staff,very helpfull,polite. Clean room,comfortable bed. I recommend this hotel for business trips,but also for sightseeing and making trips to other cities. Good connection with the bus to Castleford train station. Shops in the area and junction 32 outlet shopping including cinema and multiple restaurants. Also parks and nature in the area for nice walks. Thank you for the nice stay

Great hotel! Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

From the check-in the staff were very friendly and helpful also made the stay very enjoyable as the breakfast was very righteous

Staff were lovely, rooms clean - the access corridors and paintwork needs a little tender loving care. Will probably stay at Premier Inn next time- for the same money

Rooms were comfy and spotless. No food at hotel so had to walk to neighbouring pub. Staff ok.

This was a basic hotel, parking was tricky due to inconsiderate parking. Shower was terrible (very low pressure)

The photos make the property look quite modern and nice. However, the bathrooms are dirty and the corridor is dimly lit and you can hear people in the other rooms. Didn’t feel very safe.

Staff all friendly, food was Ok, room was nice. Not sure on the overall black theme going on as came across very dark especially the black light switches making it difficult to find them in the dark. Overall though, happy to use again.

Lovely big room with a roomy shower. Reception lady on her own so was checking in and service at the bar, but no issues. Restaurant opposite just a 2min walk, food there was lovely. Hotel is CARD only. Parking is £5.

No hot water for the duration of my stay. The staff didn’t seem to care or even apologise. The full English breakfast and coffee were the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel. The room was ok but basic. The corridor to the rooms was very dark with low ceilings, it felt well worn and low quality. Parking is an extra charge which was a bit of a surprise for the location.

Had booked twin rooms however were given family rooms which meant that the 2nd beds were very small and uncomfortable.

Average Parking £5 ridiculous
