Wonderful hotel and service; room service was excellent

The room lacked sufficient light and outlets

Was a solo trip and felt safe, staff were amazing and was available via wotsapp throughout my stay and got back to me straight away. They were very friendly throughout the hotel grounds and willing to help. I was even upgraded to a lovely room with an amazing view

Arrived 2hrs early and staff were able to check us in early by changing our room. Very helpful and polite staff.

Lovely service by staff across the different areas of the hotel - from front desk to the Brasserie servers. In particular, the friendly and helpful housekeeping team need to be commended. We had a wonderful and restful stay and enjoyed the lovely spa facilities, as well as the beautiful view.

Generally my stay was pleasant. Although I will provide construction feedback. For a 5 star hotel, would have expected a bit more complimentary items. There was only coffee machine in the room with 2 water bottles and glasses... There was no selections of teas or even biscuits which you would actually get in a basic hotel.... The bathroom was clean, although the shower head could have done with a clean as the water wasn't flowing freely, but spilling on the sides... As I say, the general cleanliness was good. The location and breakfast options were fantastic and staff very helpful and pleasant. The Hotel is a great option for anyone attending an event at the O2 as there is also an exit that leads you to the arena itself. Considering how high standard the hotel should be, definitely feel that there should have been more provided as complimentary, and could do with being bit cheaper for an overnight stay....

Beautiful hotel, fantastic amenities. Clean, modern and luxurious. Makes an ideal location for any event at the o2 and making a special treat for the night or weekend. Quiet comfy rooms, staff that are welcoming and helpful. Will definitely stay again

Beautiful hotel. Room lovely. Loved the linen bedding. Fabulous breakfast. We were at the Nana Mia Oarty so perfect location!

A brilliant stay with staff being very helpful and friendly. Thank you for making our stay special. The room was spacious and comfortable and the view of the O2 was incredible.

I only stayed for one night but will definitely be returning to this hotel. A beautiful building in a fabulous location, 10 minutes walk from North Greenwich tube and the O2. Everything about my stay was perfect, from the friendly, efficient check-in, to the plentiful and prompt elevators, the beautiful, well appointed and comfortable room with an amazing view… I could not fault a single thing. Room service and breakfast were excellent and check out was just as fast and professional as check-in. I didn’t drive, but there is a spacious car park which I will avail of next time after my traumas on this occasion with Avanti West Coast.

Excellent rooms and location of property with direct access to O2. Fantastic restaurants. Enjoyed our stay.

Amazing

We had a wonderful stay - the hotel, spa and restaurant staff were so incredibly polite, friendly and quick to help. The room was spacious, clean and had a fantastic view. The restaurant food was delicious and there was great choice and variety. Brilliant hotel overall and super for staying over after a concert at the O2. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again.

The food options in the club lounge in the evening were a bit poor. Breakfast had a much larger range of options. Bed was confortable though and the room was clean
