Went to a tribute night, hotel is lovely, rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is lovely. Parking is free.

Staff were friendly, polite and professional. Room was clean and well presented. I ate I. The Henry VIII Restaurant and the food was superb.

Due to failures from the booking in staff to pass on that there was a wedding reception happening on the day of my booking and not moving me to a room away from the main hotel i had the worst nights sleep ever. People banging around corridors and rooms till 1am in the morning, loud music blaring through main hotel no sound proofing at all. With what little sleep i was able to achieve i missed breakfast as i slept through. Room was of decent size bathroom for an executive room was tiny 1 person in at a time. Awful view of back of hotel. All in all waste of money won't stay there again in a hurry, wouldnt recommend at all. Was told on the sunday someone would look in to my booking as to why i wasn't offered an external room and 2 days later I'm still waiting.

Property brilliant the acts have a lot to be desired .with the amount of money you take in surely you could buy better performers.

When booking on line just over night stay , ROOM 9. Has no window. Terrible nights sleep. Plus the man on reception when booking in at 5.30. Was VERY UN HELPFUL, . My husband and I have osteoarthritis in the knees. I said we couldn’t do the stairs because of this. The man said he couldn’t do anything for us. We have stayed there 3 times and always have a chalet ground floor, Your man whom needs re training even though been with you for 14 years. I would not give him a reception job ever. Another basic point eating in the restaurant, requested again Worcestershire sauce for steak dinner 3 rd time no sorry we don’t use that. The young ladies said they never heard off it. Pls train waitress I had to get all this off my chest as it was manifesting too long. We stay at the Kings Croft for when we travel up from Suffolk to visit family. A really lovely hotel set in beautiful manicured grounds. Our room was large and appeared to have been really decorated and recarpeted. Without doubt, we will stay there again when we next visits Pontefract. One tiny negative was a cold sausages breakfast.

Room, though a little on the small size was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Nice stay on the outskirts of Pontefract. Lovely location and plenty in the bungalow apartment. Breakfast and host were lovely, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Had a lovely stay, breakfast first morning was amazing, second morning buffet style was running out constantly. Tv was poor reception and not much choice. Room was lovely & the bed was very comfortable.

Room 7 was stuffy and airless when we were there, we did not put on the air con as we didnt know how to use it and the noise factor.

Lovely food, comfy beds, good access and parking, spacious bungalow. Pillows were a bit too high for me, 1 pillow was too low, 2 pillows too high. My own fault as I usually take my own. Lovely setting and views

Horrible place I have ever seen called hotel. It was an old motel with damp walls and cold even in summer.

staff very obliging, friendly, food & drink in Henry VIII restaurante was top class unbelievable value 3 Courses £22.50! hopefully be back on day
