With the initial impressions of a rat running around outside, it didn't get off to a good start. As we entered the apartment the cleaner was still there at 7:30pm, there was a strange smell, there were stains on the bed sheets, there was no hand soap, the utilities were in poor condition and it over all felt very unkept. We very quickly decided that we simply couldn't stay at this place and booked a hotel instead.

I would like to review this property however we never received the check in details as promised when confirming our arrival. We were left without a property to stay in and therefore had to book something else at very short notice. No refund received or communication after the first initial contact.

Colleagues were booked for 3 nights, only stayed the first night as it was terrible. Linen & towels dirty/stained. Heater was hanging off the wall. Kettle missing, Induction hob tripped off repeatedly. Window broken. Shower tray blocked and the electric shower wouldn't regulate a decent temperature. Dirty/rusty cutlery.

This property left me in absolute disgust. As soon as you enter the building overwhelming stench of urine hits you in the face, only followed by dirty underwear left on the hallway fire alarm and holes kicked into the walls (photos attached) I was hoping that my room would be ok but i wasn't. Window looking out onto a busy street is smashed and dont lock, therefore i could hear everything what was going on outside from 10pm till early morning hours. Music from the night club just round the corner, drunks, junkies and prostitutes. It was so loud as if they were in the room with me. When i confronted the owner about early the next day, he's reply was that "window has nothing to do with him". I was speechless, how on earth broken window is not his problem?..... The rest of the flat also left a lot to desire.(pictures attached). Hairdresser and Iron are not provided, only one towel, bath mat in a bathroom obviously used and dirty. Urine stained mattress left in a living room. Property owner refuses my refund after i checked out the next day early in the morning as he never replied to my concerns the evening before. This property should never be on Hotels.com in a state that it is.

Apartment was terrible, bathroom sink was coming apart, sofas was rock solid, has drinks up the walls, stunk like piss you really did catfish in regarding to the pictures posted. Booked for 2 apartments and was only given one on arrival, communication was appalling. Took a lot to get the refund and was an overall bad experience staying there.
