Lea Marston Hotel

Very good stay, all staff were good, the lady on reception who managed to move us rooms after a family had taken two rooms by us and were absolutely nuts, was an absolute star.

My friend and I had a lovely stay. Room was spotless. Bed was so comfy, shower huge. Used the spa facilities, which again was very nice, not too busy, only negative was would have liked robes in the room. It would have been good if the bar stayed open afer 12 though as would have enjoyed a quiet night cap after christmas party. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast in the morning was good, nice selection.

It was a short stay but we enjoyed it and everything was fine

Dinner took one hour , consequently everything g else went wrong . M birthday when I had planned everything perfect . Very upset . Then I book med a king bed and I was given a double one so I did not sleep .

Very clean good staff

Room was extremely dated and tired.... Carpets were frayed, bathroom was not clean, dated with marks on walls and floors. Very cold and very dirty windows obscuring any view. Photographs seem not as the hotel it is. Only my opinion.

The room was lovely. Unfortunately we were really disappointed with the spa area was unclean. Used towels and robes left about. Kitchen area had used tea bags and sachet papers and spoons in the same plate as the pastries of which were rock hard. When I went to put soya in my coffee it came out in thick chunks as it was off and curdled. Put us off returning

Perfect family stay. No faults with in our stay what so ever.

Please can we have fried eggs on the buffet rather than have to order them

Well I Dnt know were to start realy the bed was like sleeping on a hard wood floor the breakfast was poor didn’t even manage to eat it ended up having a blow ov coco pop that was it the pool and steam room and suana could do with a good clean I’m sorry but it was not worth the £200 I paid and won’t be returning eny time soon

It wasn't the best.. Arrived to a cold room despite be phoning to say we would be late as caught a flight home rearlier. One packet of biscuits to share. Arrived to an empty plastic bag on the floor. Cobwebs in the coving which I absolutely hate. ,then it was noisy during the night.

Breakfast at the hotel menu was simple, but good - the right balance of choices in my opinion. The staff were also friendly and attentive.

Great stay well looked after

Great place to stay 9 hole golf course on site. Staff very friendly all rooms on ground floor beds very comfortable

On Arrival the staff member was quite rude, it was only because we had stayed with you many times we knew you had a bar where we could sit and wait for our room to be ready. The room it self seemed more like a family room than the executive we ordered. Couldn’t sit on the sofa and relax as the tv was in front of the bed and didn’t move. When we sat on the bed the headboard was flaking and you got pieces of leather fall off onto the pillows. The coffee machine leaked water all over the counter when we tried to use it. There was only one small bottle of water for two of us and one packet of biscuits for us to share. Having stayed with you many times it didn’t seem like an executive room as we have had much better rooms with you. The receptionist in the morning when we checked out was good and gave us a 20% discount which we appreciated. But at this time we don’t feel like we will stay again with you.

Lovely big room, bed was very comfortable. There was a fire alarm at 3am, only reason for not giving excellent.

Room dated
