Easy check in, lovely modern room, great facilities, with breakfast included, fantastic value for money. Would happily have stayed longer.

The beds recently fitted are way too big for the room size - no need to do it! And uncomfortable. It’s also now impossible to get your invoice by email, despite asking on check-in. Limited options for eating with the‘Black Sheep’ not covering evenings. Used to be good but can’t understand the recent strategy.

This was a really nice hotel. Clean and spacious too. The restaurant and bar area across the driveway are really nice. Great reception staff. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout, and the amenities were well maintained. Everything felt smooth and stress-free. This was our second visit — the first time we stayed in the hotel and spa accommodations, and this time in the Lodge — both experiences were excellent. I would definitely recommend it to others.

We verbleven in Aztek Hotel aan de andere kant van de straat. Prima kamer, lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt voor die prijs.

Great stay friendly staff everything we needed was there - we were upgraded to the sister hotel. The breakfast was delicious and of high quality lots of choice. Nice swim in the spa pool. Comfortable room ❤️ white company toiletries!

Very comfy bed, nice shower even though the door seal was in need of some repair. Overall a very pleasant, quiet stay.

Good location, close to shopping and motorways. More than what I expected from a 3 star accommodation.

Staff were very welcoming, the room was clean. Only issue was the bathroom door didn’t shut.

Great little spot

Very good quality rooms, spaceous and clean. Better to have breakfast somewhere else. The hotel option for a hot breakfast is a bacon bap next door or expensive at the Aztec Spa

To have your room towels changed you have to request itBY PHONE (even though the “do not disturb signs’ still hang on the doors, which have historically been used for the purpose of not requiring a turn over)… 1st world problem I know, however my room still never got changed even after making the request!

Stayed in Bristol many times and all I can say is, they know how to pick a comfy bed in this area… always the best nights sleep I’ve ever had anywhere in the world!

Ho fatto upgrade per una stanza alla struttura Madre, Aztec Hotel, in quanto Lodge e’ una depandance senza servizi, nemmeno reception. Il ground floor di questo Aztec Hotel (che puo essere usato anche se dormi nel Lodge) e’ meraviglioso: piscina che in alcuni orari e’ aperta anche ai bambini, terrazza e prato solarium. Portico ampio per mangiare all’aperto. Ristorante con un grande camino in legno e pietra e soffitto alto con grandi travi di legno molto originale e scenografico. Ristorante e servizio al tavolo molto curato e professionale. Tuttavia alcuni piatti sono un po miseri nella quantita’ rispetto ad altri e rispetto al loro costo piu elevato, come il filetto di pesce (cod) e la carne arrostita con piastra al tavolo. Seppure e’ tutto cucinato molto bene in modo professionale ed e’ stato tutto apprezzato e saporito. Ci tornerei comunque con la famiglia, sia in estate ma anche per un natale diverso dal solito italiano.

The location is in good area

When we arrived to check in we were told our room had been double booked. The girl at the desk was very helpful and apologetic (checkin at aztec hotel and spa across the road). She said she would "upgrade us" to one of their hotel rooms with no extra charge, and gave us free parking and a bogof for breakfast, which was very much appreciated! The service was fantastic. We were given room 126 in the aztec hotel and spa, as the lodge that we booked our room in was full. When we entered the room. It was VERY old and dated and had a very musty smell. The room was large with a desk, bathroom, tv and sofa.the furniture was old, dusty and dated. The bathroom was very old, had rust on the rings that held the shower curtain. Dirty marks on the bath & taps. Mildew on the bath. It was late when we arrived so we just got into bed. (which was comfortable and clean thankfully!) The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, staff were wonderful and attentive. When i looked on the website at pictures of the rooms, they were lovely ! The room we stayed in didnt seem to be pictured. The hotel and spa, food and staff were all so fantastic. But they were heavily let down by the poor quality of room 126!!.( i feel the double room i had originally paid for at the bristol lodge looked so much nicer and cleaner in the pictures i saw on their website). I would actually stay at the aztec hotel and spa again. But would definitely ask for one of the rooms pictured on the website!
