We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend, great location, spotlessly clean, loved the special little touches, tea, coffee, biscuits, cereal and even milk and cold water in the fridge. The kitchen was well equipped, extremely impressed, cooked meals and had everything I needed.
Communication was excellent and easily navigated entry and pre-booked parking space which was safe and secure.
Security gentleman was on site at various points but to be honest felt very safe throughout our stay.
On a very busy road as our stay was in October we had the windows closed, but can imagine could be noisy and hot in the summer months.
WiFI was good and smart TV was much appreciated.
Wouldn’t hesitate to return to this accommodation in the future.

What a lovely place. I booked really late only a few days in advance but it was no problem. Even checking in 2 hours later than I said due to flight delays.
Car park is £10 per which isn’t cheap but hassle free. Check in instructions perfect and when you get in the place is lovely.
It’s warm yes but there are fans.
The only thing I would say is the noise. Saturday night wasn’t too bad but Friday the pub across the road was playing live music outside (yes outside) till midnight!! Other thing is the balcony overlooks a tired shop.
Roof terrace is so nice on a nice day.
If I am in reading again I will look here first though.

Had a lovely three night stay in this apartment for the reading festival. Easy 25 minute walk to the festival site and five mins into reading centre where we had brunch. It’s spotlessly clean, everything you need is provided including a small bottle of milk, teabags, and other bits and bobs. This was greatly appreciated thank you. It’s quite hot in the apartment but there’s plenty of fans dotted around. Really clear check in instructions and excellent communication. Thanks again. We will definitely stay again.

Very nice apartment, very clean and perfect for our needs. However on a very noisy road and overlooking a car tyre workshop which was working 7 days a week. Very central location. Could have provided more cups, cutlery and plates. Four if each provided so no spares at all. Makes it impossible to use the dishwasher as cups etc always in use. We would stay here again. As long as windows are closed during the night the road noise is fine. Our stay was during the heatwave which made that difficult. All in all a great place to stay if you need to be close to Reading town centre.

Lovely clean one bed apartment. Spacious, modern, owner was super friendly and helpful when i had an issue. Located just 10 mins walk from wetherspoons and 15 mins walk from the cinema (£4.90 vue cinema). Apartment has a hd tv with free access to netflix, you tube and now TV so you won't get bored. Theres a kitchen/living room, bedroom and bathroom. The place had underfloor heating and its lovely and warm. Definitely staying there again. Its miles better than one hotel room where you have to eat out every night come rain or shine.

No Airconditioning, just portable fan. No cleaning/sheet replacement during stay, charged 25 pounds for cleaning plus 200 pounds guarantee in addition to pre-payment for the room, this was not mentioned during reservation process.
