Manchester Printworks

If I could give it zero stars i would! We booked a 3 week stay, but when we first entered the property we noticed it hadnt been cleaned... probably for a long time. Everywhere was dusty and grimy. The shower, toilet, cabinets, kettle etc. There was dried up food on the sofa which we wiped off. The blanket on the sofa smelled of someones cooking and the bed sheets did not smell clean. There was opened packages of old food in kitchen cabinets, used bar soap and other used items in the bathroom. I also cut my foot on broken glass on the bathroom floor. I was forced to buy cleaning products and clean the entire property. The host also doesnt care about guest being comfortable and couldnt care less about rectifying any issue or even apologising, she would refuse to take calls during our entire stay. We were locked out once because there is 1 key for everyone in the building and someone took the key, she wont answer her phone. In the end we had to whatsapp her and wait for her response to get us back in. Also if you are staying here by yourself, it will be hard to get in and out of the doors because its very heavy fire doors and requires 2 hands to turn lock and push open. This property is not worth the stay, we only stayed there because we had nowhere else and already paid. We were more comfortable after cleaning couple years of dirt in 3 hours, but still not worth the trouble! SAVE YOURSELF and book somewhere else!

Great place to stay can’t knock the stay only thing is that’s it way to hot in there maybe air con or more fans!! But other then that I will be staying again for sure!!

Excellent communication from the owners, building in a brilliant spot, and made for a lovely stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE! we had no running water so we had no toilet no shower or no water to drink aswell and the fridge was broken so we couldn’t keep bottled water or food cold. after maybe sending the host 20 messages a day they would reply maybe once and they were rude and un accomadating. We tried to look for elsewhere to stay but again the host ignored our request for a refund countless times so we were unable to, they gave us 2 spare rooms to shower in for an hour an half on saturday and sunday but there was 8 of us staying so it was a struggle. overall we was not provided the facilities that we paid for and treated with complete disregard the only thing good about this property is the location and the lovely cleaner but it’s not even worth wasting ur money and lining these peoples pockets.

Great location, central to everything. Basic accommodation however it was perfect for what we needed for a group of 10 ladies having a couple f nights in Manchester. Communication was great from the owners too and everything went smoothly.

Great communication and directions: lovely hosts

We have stayed in this property and it's the most dishonest listing ever, I am surprised to find this in Hotels.com. To start with, this property have nothing to do with Manchester Printworks. It is 5 mins away from it. The Showroom pictures are not what you are getting. As shown in my attached photos, it is an apartment flat in an old Victorian Building, 5 mins from Manchester Printworks. The property is under renovation and it is nothing like the 'modern living' that the listing illustrated. It is supposed to be a lovely family get together so we can spend time together in an apartment, however it is not really fit for family gathering as the living room is not useable for 6 people to say the least. Not impressed with this Misleading Listing.

We tries to reach out by calling the contact number multiple times, but went to voicemail. Once we arrived and asked them about wifi password, they have never replied back. When we were about checking out, someone knocked the door. They explained to us that, “ You guys didn’t call. Our computer was broken.” Wifi no password, fridge and washer broken, shower terrible.

You will not find better value for money right in the Centre of Manchester. Large 2 bedroom apartment with large lounge and full functional kitchen, including washing machine, not a 5* property but not a 5* price either. The property manager is lovely, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend, wish we had the time to stay a bit longer.

Fantastic location in Manchesters Northern Quarter. 2 min walk from Shudehill bus station & the tram to Piccadilly. Close to Arndale centre & printworks Apartment is spacious, could sleep like 12-15 people. Host was very informative before arrival about check in etc. I got to chat to one of the employees too before I left the apartment and she was really friendly also. 100% will book next time we’re in Manchester

I enjoyed my stay - communication was very good and the property was as advertised. A couple of minor issues were that the WiFi connection crashed a few times and the water pressure for the shower was low - but these things weren’t a big deal. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was spacious and the bathroom clean. Overall I thought it was excellent value for money and I would definitely stay again.

this apartment was good value for 2 adults and child. beds comfy. clean bedding. dishes not clean , not a problem i always wash them.myself in any apartment. host helpful and sent helpful videos of property. i would absolutely stay again. if it was for a group booking there was apace for 8 people to sleep. so central and right next to apoac car park. 24 a night . next to shudehill tram and bus link. for us it was perfect for kids concert we were attending. no end of food and drink establishments on door step

2 of us were in manchester for a concert,Brilliant apartment to stay in ,very central to all the main venues we went to .check in an check out communications very well explained, could not fault anything 👏

This was the worst experience i have had on any trip in this country. The place was Filthy dirty. No working shower No working TV No working refrigerator No mention of th 100 (yes literally 100) steps we had to climb to get to the hole before i booked. I am 73 and have disability It was so bad we left early, i sneezed for hours No response from management when i compained. Why does Hotels.com associate with hell holes like this? I am not done with this issue. I tried to upload photos but it wouldn't allow, but i have all the evidence in photos and social media

Practical and a good place to stay. Group of 5 for 2 nights. Central location Very close to train station. Amazing coffee house opposite to help with the morning hangover. Its priced great for what you get and it's location.

Peggiore prenotazione mai nella vita.Siamo arrivati, l'appartamento da brividi, 4°piano senza l'ascensore, valigie sulle spalle, noi con bambini allergici, appartamento nero di muffa dappertutto, la proprietaria non rispondeva i messaggi. Altro giorno quando ha risposto, eravamo gia daltra parte. Siamo dovuti alle 8 di sera cercare un altro posto vivibili per la notte e alla fine abbiamo trovato un posto pulito e senza muffa. Vergognoso. Non indico né questo posto né questo sito hotels.com. ho tutte le foto, pero questo sito non ci lascia caricare.

Ottima posizione, parecchie scale per salire ma è normale nelle case inglesi. L'appartamento aveva praticamente tutto, per soggiorni veloci va benissimo

Very informative host! I enjoyed the freedom of going in and out without a key for the apartment as it meant my group could go back at different times. The beds were very comfortable thank you :)

Property is in center of town. Close to everything. Had a work trip up there and the place was comfortable for everyone. Has 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. Otherwise was a good stay!
