The family room, with a separate single room, is excellent. Although there is muted noise from planes when they are frequent during the day, it seems to have been carefully positioned to really minimise noise from doors or other rooms. The decoration is restful. Lovely toiletries provided.

Was a very welcome surprise lovely big room / shower would maybe like slightly bigger tv for the size of the room but that just a minor detail.
Will def be booking for future business trips.

Maple Manor was the perfect stay. All staff were extremely courteous, and very accommodating. Although the hotel is not served by LGW shuttle buses, reception staff called for a safe and reliable taxi on my behalf, and £20 later I was at the north terminal. Incidentally, £10 of the $20 fee was for airport drop off!! Anyways, as frequent flyer, yes definitely, I will be staying at the Maple Manor Hotel in future.

The room were very cleaned, only serviced breakfast, had to go into the town for dinner and you can on get there by driving or a taxi.
It was very quite even with the plains flying by it was relaxing.

The staff were friendly and polite throughout my stay. The hotel was shabby and fairly run down, with loose electrical sockets and bedside spotlights not functional. The bathroom's toilet brush was heavily soiled, but I was particularly disappointed that the 'bathroom' did not contain a bath, having been described as having one and, indeed, the associated images showing a bath. I would not have booked the hotel or room had this been truthfully conveyed. The room's 'blackout' curtains were also no such thing, and there was no chair in the room, which was also suggested in the images. There was also no restaurant, which I was informed about only after booking, and insufficient soundproofing for the airport on the opposite side of the road.

The shower in my room was broken and unusable, although I reported this to the hotel staff it remained that way for the 2 night stay I was booked in for, over a very hot weekend. I was disappointed that the shower was in the broken condition prior to my occupancy. Despite having emailed the hotel twice complaining about the situation, I as yet had no response from the hotel.

Great location for the airport and Purple Parking (although hotel also offers parking which we didn’t know about until the confirmation email came through and had ready booked ours). Quiet once the airport closed for the evening as pretty much at the end of the runway across the road. Lovely warm welcome from the receptionist. Recently refurbished so looks really clean and new - nice decor. Room didn’t have a/c but did have a freestanding fan, which was broken. However reception replaced it immediately with a bigger one which really moved the air round on the lowest setting, but was very noisy nd sounded like our bed was at the end of the runway! Didn’t manage breakfast as we had to leave before it started.

Staff were incredible, and absolutely make the place. Hotel looks and feels newly renovated and is extremely clean.

Good experience on return to Maple Manor.
Having stayed at Maple Manor previously when flying from Gatwick we knew what to expect which was all positive. It was same again but also clear that room refurbishment had taken place in the room we stayed in, will continue to be our choice for pre flight stay over

Maple Manor was a nice little spot, great parking, and friendly staff. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable - unfortunately the walls are quite thin, so noise travels. Breakfast was good but could be more hearty, especially for a full breakfast. Overall a pleasant stay :)
