Stayed over for a night after a concert and was perfect, it was very warm but there was 2 fans in the room that helped.

Dirty hotel

Our first stay at this property and location. Good size room with view of piccadilly gardens. Great breakfast, really nice bar. Excellent staff. Thanks. John and gail

Great convenient location, nice vibe in neighborhood, staff very friendly!

Easy to find, and great location. Car park was handy with easy access to lifts. Reception staff friendly, but keycard machine wasn't working, then I was given wrong type of room so had to move. Air Con was hopeless, but luckily had 2 fans in room. No fridge though (some family rooms had them, others didn't). Bar staff were very good, despite running out of ingredients for most cocktails.

Great Hotel, Free upgrade, great Breakfast , central city centre

Nosey, can hear others talking in there room, word to word. Spacious room's, 2 beds pushed together but one bed higher than the other so can feel the gab in-between

paid for breakfast, buffet style, excellent quality and choice, really good value. Double room on 10th, great view of Picadilly gardens, massive flat screen TV, digital channel,on-suite, good sized rooms alot of choice and places to eat, like to stay again

We originally booked a suite for our weekend stay which would’ve been nearly £180 for one night. When we checked in I immediately noticed how run down room was, the internal doors were all in terrible condition, they had chunks of wood missing, paint missing, the walls had so many marks on them. When I checked the bathroom I was so shocked, it was filthy! I have photos to upload, the bath was filthy, it had hair, mould, scum and general dirt all around it and in it. The toilet wouldn’t flush, the side of the shower screen was absolutely disgusting. We went straight back down to reception where we were booked into a family room. This room was better, until it came to going to bed and as soon as I pulled the sheet back there was a huge stain, again I have photos, on the sheet! How on earth housekeeping are allowing these things to happen and pass their standards checks I have absolutely no idea!

部屋のドライヤーが壊れていて使えませんでした。また、浴槽があったので湯を溜めて使おうとしたら横のガラス戸が固定されておらず(壊れている)トイレ側の床もびしょびしょになり湯が溜められず使えませんでした。結局シャワーになりました。交通の便だけはいい
