Paid extra for Air Conditioning didn’t work. Lamps in room didn’t work. Internet/WiFi is poor

Lovely hotel. First impressions were good on arrival with polite and friendly reception staff. Also very helpful. The room was very comfortable. The meal at night was also good. We would definitely book to stay at this hotel again

Nice quiet location, and easy to find. The reception staff were very welcoming, and were able to answer all my questions Room was clean, bed comfortable and had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and food quality good. Overall a good experience; would consider booking again. Thanks!

The coffee Machine was not working at breakfast there was only one member of staff and he was mot very concerned that everyone was requesting it The hot breakfast was lukewarm.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast had a lovely variety of fresh foods. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay here again when in the area

I had a very pleasant stay overall and really appreciated the comfort and service provided. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and clearly lives up to its rating. The room was nicely arranged, which made the experience even more enjoyable. One small thing I did miss was having complimentary water bottles in the room, as this is something I’ve usually found helpful during my stays elsewhere. Additionally, a slight improvement could be made in the cleanliness just outside the building. Although there is a designated smoking area, there were quite a few cigarette butts visible, which suggests that the outdoor area may need more regular cleaning. While this didn’t affect me personally, it could make a noticeable difference for other guests and families. I didn’t include breakfast or dinner in my stay, but from what I could observe and the inviting aromas from the kitchen, it gave the impression of a high-quality dining experience, with a talented chef and a well-presented bar. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciate the effort of the staff. With just a little attention to these minor details, the stay could be even better.

Lovely clean well appointed room ,had everything we needed, even a fridge ..powerful shower and comfortable bed . Good range of items for breakfast, hot or cold . Ample parking and very friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again if in the area .

Easy to park, quiet location, clean room and a more than decent fish and chips. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff, Dipesh was very caring and helpful with us. There were a couple of issues with the room that we were initially assigned but Dipesh was able to resolve the problems with the room in a friendly and quick manner. Overall he provide very high quality service.

We had been told that the chef was starting at 6 on Christmas Eve and when we went down we were then told the chef wasn’t starting until 7 and we had to be elsewhere at 7. We were able to get a meal when we returned. On Christmas Day we were told that there would be sandwiches available in the evening and there wasn’t so we had crisps and peanuts for our meal.

Good parking on site, good buffet breakfast. Bed very comfortable.

Staff very welcoming, but on checkin we were warned we’d experience noise as it was party night. We actually didn’t experience bad noise from the party or was the noise from the next room. Kept us awake til 4.30 am with their shouting and banging doors shouting Jill. I like to sleep when we stay in a hotel so sadly we won’t be returning. Room was nice and comfy maybe they need to be soundproofed. Room rather hot and we had to,pen the windows to cool it down. Breakfast was good and plenty of options very rarely get offered fried bread with cooked breakfast so that was nice to see. Sorry for the low rating.

Fantastic stay. Went above and beyond for my birthday , the staff are super friendly and attentativ The only negative will have to be breakfast, on both days the food was cold, this was said also by a few other guests. If the issue with food temperature is sorted the hotel would be 10/10
