Love this hotel and even more so since the health suite is now free to use again. Very central hotel

Lovely to have a bath and a shower in the room. Most of the staff were lovely, particularly the breakfast staff including the Spanish chef who went out of her way to get me vegan croissants and the lady who checked us in for breakfast who was very friendly and kind.

Great Room

Hotel was great lovely location just the chair in the room had loads of stains on like people had spilt wine all over it and getting back in the building after midnight was a bit of a challenge. I do love this hotel though it's location and staff are lovely

Room was spacious and very clean

Staff were amazing, and the room was very clean. However, the sheets were pilled (making them feel old and overused), the furniture all had quite a lot of dings and chips (again making the room feel tired). Overall it was okay, but it did just feel very dated and quite used and abused. Especially when booking a suite.

Comfortable bed,spacious

Staff were really friendly, and Hotel was relevantly clean. However, rooms are very tired and in need of some light renovations. the card key had to activate the toilet kept running all night and the carpets done with a good clean could’ve done some decent pillows as well. I would say this hotel is.2 star

Would need extensive renovations. Can’t understand how this is a 4 star hotel.

Room needed a bit of TLC and air conditioning did not work on first night but sorted on second night when reported. Had to get room keys re programmed several times. Very friendly and attentive reception staff who could not do enough for you.

The room was excellent and the hotel was really lovely but the breakfast was not great - not much variety of fruit and not very tasty , there were only croissants no other pastries and the croissants were so overcooked they were in edible! The coffee in the machine was awful!! I love fresh coffee and it was not nice at all! I’ve stayed in many hotels and had much better breakfasts for that price! We chose this hotel because of the location and for the spa facilities and we felt the pool area needed some attention- wasn’t very clean and there was a funny smell in there , there were used towels all over the place and generally it was all a bit of a mess and grubby down there! Definitely didn’t want to take my flip flops off! I really think a few simple improvements could really help to make the pool area a nicer place and I this information can be relayed to your staff .

My room on the first floor was very noisy from what sounded like a generator. The beds are two singles pushed together old and springy. The kettle in the room did not work. The ground floor has a lovely modern feel but the rooms are dated and tired.
