Stay was absolutely disgusting. It's a health risk. We could all smell gas outside strongly while waiting outside to check in and was told leak was nextdoor and not his property which we believed as the gas wasnt so strong in the property at all. Someone reported this and Then same night the path was dug up ready for gas company to fix and told us it was our place. Not nextdoor.Check in was 3pm and the landlord didn't turn up until 4pm. Numerous calls made to him by me and other customers staying in a room nextdoor and phone was off. Other customers told us they were left outside for 3 hours and previously told they could check in early. Whole property NOT secure. All locks were literally smashed and broken and could be opened by a push. Hygeine is a HEALTH RISK Floor never hoovered/mopped. Carpets disgraceful and smelly. Didnt want to take shoes off. Mould on walls which had been tried to be covered by paint. None of us would use the toilet and went out to public toilets in restaurants. Bathroom had ladies Dried period blood on floor.Other people's bed covers had dry crusty stains on and were hidden by turning covers upside down. We drove over 6 hours for a trip to blackpool and if it wasnt for this and had nowhere else to book within our budget due to all other hotels fully booked elsewhere.. We were contemplating whether we should sleep in our car. Property advertising pictures were nothing like shown on website. And the 2 male landlords looked like they were tramps

Qe got to the accomidation for our check in time the ownersidnt arrive till 4.30 with 2 other males who they had all been drinking this trip was for my birthday we ended up travelling back home the place was filfy i have never seen such a dirty place and sitting in a garden for a hour and half wasnt good8

There was no heating and theres mold all over room 9 and the carpet is full of white hair theres holes in walls and theres only one small window the door doesnt lock properly and its too small theres cig burns on the bedding and the towels smelt like wee was on them.the bathroom was full of mold.in the bedroom the wall paper was hanging off and it looks like there was damp coming from the roof.we asked for heating to go on twice but the person just kepted on liening.so he gave us £25 refund.its a hotel from hell and i would never stay there again even if i was payed.and the pics on the website dont match the rooms and the place is proper run dwn real bad and im going to be ringing council and traden standrads.they just tell you lies and try and blag you but it seems there only bothered about the money.the person hasnt got a clue or ideal how to run a hotel.

Nice location for the beach and one of the guys who works there was friendly, others just completely ignore you when you smile or say hello. Stains on bed sheet and pillows, damp and cobwebs, dirty floor, 2 tvs but couldn't watch either as no remote, shower room stank of cigarettes.

Brilliant hosts. Went above and beyond. Good value. Quieter area on the north shore. Co op, 3 mins walk, an Indian and Chinese restaurant opposite the co op. On the left Dickson rd mix of shops Inc meat pies, pasties, hog roll for around £2!! Gynn pub - good Sunday lunch. Premier £1.50 sandwiches. Walk right, a strip of pubs with karaoke, open till 1am

I didnt like nothing about the property. There was cigarette burns in the bedding, stains in the toilet, marks all over the walls, looked like it not been hoovered in weeks. Wee stains all over the bedding. Over all it weren't nice to stay, I would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

It was the worst hotel i have ever stayed..... massive yellow stains on tje bed sheets bedding smell like it hadn't been washed or changed in a long time.... I have taken pictures to back this up and i will be reporting it to the council

Just served it’s purpose, nothing special, but okay clean and tidy

There was a TV in the room, but couldn’t use it as there was no remote control. The mattress was uncomfortable as you could feel the springs when you’re laying in a bed. The room were not clean. They gave me a single room when I paid for a triple room
