Clean, and convenient to Paddington. We will stay again. Nice large room (we were in the newly refurbished section of the hotel), couldn’t hear a thing from outside or inside. Breakfast deal on the weekend, great value, very good quality buffet.

The staff was extremely accommodating. The food at the restaurant was nicely thought out and creative, and the location was perfect. Will definitely be my choice for future visits to London.

O check in foi bem eficiente, todavia o rapaz que nos atendeu falava muito rápido, o que dificulta um pouco para quem não domina a língua, contudo, já foi bem diferente com a moça que guardou nossas bagagens. O hotel é muito bem localizado, pois fica próximo à estação de trem e metrô. Local tem vários restaurantes e comércio. Dos pontos turísticos fica um pouco longe. Fizemos uso do restaurante, tem um cardápio bom, de bebidas e comidas. A academia possui bons equipamentos, só que necessita de uma autorização especial, na chave, o que particularmente acho desnecessário. Hotel com situações novas.
