Friendly staff and i know the room was only around £60 but stains on wall not really acceptable - looked like a drink had be thrown. Also bathroom door looked like it had been punched and repaired poorly

I attend a conference in Hull every year and the hotel is very close to meeting building.
I just cross the road to attend the conference.
It is an old building but the room is clean and the bed was comfortable.

The staff on arrival were frendly and helpful room was normal but bath mat had what looked like blood on it and bath towels had yellow stains on them both food was good as always waiter was polite and friendly drinks serve was nice and polite breakfast lady was a little rude food was ok

Radiators not working in room or bathroom
Requested a heater but had to leave on all night which gave me a headache. Bathroom was separate so remained freezing. No hot water from taps so no bath only hot water from shower.
all this on a very cold Jan night.

Loved the stay. Room was a great size, very comfortable. Food was nice. Staff were brilliant. ONLY gripe is my room was above some external fans. Despite shutting the windows and wearing ear plugs i still didnt sleep too well BUT aside from that the stay was great.

The staff were brilliant we happened to be there on quiz night that was very entertaining. Food was really nice great value and you get 20% off as a hotel guest. Highly recommend

This was an older building, so it had a few areas that didn’t work well. (Room size, the loo, noisy hallway) The staff is excellent, eager to help and quickly answered any questions we had. The food in the pub was very nice and the service was great.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
We found six fire doors and thirty steps to our room not good as though fit for two ninety year olds it was difficult with suitcases.
The shower changed from warm to hot then cold. Was someone else using a shower. The toilet was difficult to flush.Beds clean and comfortable
