Helpful staff, nice room, breakfast disappointing

Lovely stay and great breakfast. Lizzy the receptionist was A1.

Clean, nicely furnished rooms, bar areas and bathrooms. Friendly, helpful staff

Love the Hotel and the staff but not keen on my room . It was small and the bed was quite hard and I had a back ache in the morning.

After not answering the phone 9 times throughout the day I finally spoke to reception who told me I can park just outside the hotel

Comfortable and well located but had to park 10 mins away in public car park

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and offered me gluten free options

Short stay to attend family funeral…convenient location

Shower took 20 minutes before hot water available. Controls confusing. Zero food options Sunday evening. Despite advertising lifts the hotel is not wheelchair accessible due to steps/stairs to access lifts

Comfortable and stylish hotel in an excellent location near the Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells. Breakfast was very good although it took time to find a member of staff to take our order when we arrived at 7.30am.

We didn’t know what to expect when we booked this hotel for a wedding in the area. When we went inside it was just stunningly beautiful clean and modern. The staff in the front desk took care of our bags until we returned in the evening. We were taken to our room by one of the night staff who carried our bag. An absolutely lovely hotel and staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff member who checked us in was friendly and professional . It went downhill from there. Our room was really cold as if the A/C had been permanently on. We tried to use the wall controls to adjust the temperature but nothing happened. We reported the issue to reception and also that the heated towel rail wasn’t working as we thought this might warn the room up. Receptionists tried to adjust temp via ipad to no avail. We said we were going out to eat and were reassured the room would be up to temperature on our return. When we got back to our room later on the room was exactly the same. We went down to reception and were told the manager would come and speak to us . A member of staff came up to say they had ‘reset’ the boiler and to give it half hour. Nothing could be done with the towel rail. Half hour later I rang down to say the room was still really cold, the guy on reception apologised but said nothing could be done until the next day when we were leaving anyway the hotel had a wedding reception and there was noise until late, we asked to move rooms but the hotel was full so this wasn’t possible. On checkout I again mentioned the issues with our room - temperature, noise and showed a photo of the thick dust on the bedside tables. The pvc was also peeling badly on the headboard. The room looked very tired and seemed to us we were out in this room as the wedding guests were in the better rooms. We saw no manager during our stay. I emailed the hotel, no response

Great place to stay in tbw

One Warwick Park is a great place to stay in Tunbridge Wells! The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Parking is a bit of an issue and our bathroom was badly designed with tub and shower access a challenge. Aside from those two issues we would highly recommend OWP

absolutely lovely hotel! they staff were so kind and incredibly helpful. they rooms were nice and clean and the area itself is perfect for walking around to do some shopping. the train station is a 5-7 minute walk away which is also a plus. would happily stay here again!

Hotel Great. Good area

Excellent stay with friends. Friendly, helpful staff and well appointed, clean hotel. The only criticism would be the lack of any “normal” beer available. Peroni was fine for members of our party who drink lager but the strange fruit craft beers were disliked by our ale drinkers.

Hotel building layout unique as it consists of a coupe of restored buildings with a typical old England alleyway cutting between.
