Good size room, pool. Cleaning vety good and friendly staf

Pre-checked in online, staff welcoming, explained where our room was, breakfast and took payment for parking. Our room was on the ground floor, just before the main corridor of rooms to the left of the reception. Our door was opposite staff access to I think the restaurant, the window out onto the garden area. The room was clean (although the net curtains were worn), spacious with a large bed, fridge, desk and fan. Bathroom was clean also. The room was fine, but people seemed to gather outside our door as the corridor area was wider, looking for room numbers on the signage etc. We listened to many conversations, late into the night, hearing them continue to tell others in the party to be quiet when entering the corridor to the other rooms. We were woken at 3am to a group chatting loudly outside our door and again at about 6am to what sounded like staff moving trollies outside the door. The weather was not great, but i think in the summer you would have the noise of the bar garden late into the night too. We used the gym at 7am, a nice well equipped facility, and the pool looked nice also. The restaurant was ok, but expensive! We visited for dinner, my husband said the brisket was bland. The cheese board was nice, but no cutlery apart from a sharp knife was provided, and no small plates given to share. The staff were nice, but no check was done and we had to call someone over for the bill. Breakfast buffet was good, but the hash browns under cooked and the coffee awful.

Room had everything needed and staff were pleasant. I just found the room noisy particularly hearing people in the hallway.

Food was good and staff very friendly, both usband the dog enjoyed our stay.

Not that much. We are vegetarian. The Hash brown, not that cook well also we asked to make a omelette with onion but the chef doesn't know to prepare that and gave the half boil egg. Kids couldn't eat them. THE COFFEE Machine always in repair. Room clean is okay, it could have more clean, also there is no lift for other floors. We need to carry our luggages all the way to the stairs. Swimming pool is good but the steam bath room always not in good condition. Not steam enough. Toilets can clean more.

My family and I booked this hotel as part of my sons 7th birthday and a trip to Leeds Castle. The staff had so very kindly surprised us with a birthday banner and balloons which absolutely made his day and added that special touch. We found all the staff from reception, restaurant, cleaners to be lovely, so friendly and great customer service. We will be staying again.

I was very impressed with the hotel, all amenities and the staff were very professional, diligent, efficient and extremely pleasant. Definitely will book another stay at the Orida.

Room was clean, staff were courteous, supportive and very responsive However, some additional care and energy should be directed at overall cleanliness and upgrade of amenities. During our second stay, we had to change room as the toilet bowl in our allocated room had terrible and visible stain underneath and this caused my wife (a very clean and meticulous woman) upset. Also, the installed heater was dysfunctional and an external heater had to be brought to us Overall we were pleased

Stayed for 3 nights, and main reason was to use swimming facilities, they were ok not the best, and cleaning of the changing rooms could have been better. Hotel suites ok - just dated. Parking costs - needs to be free for hotel guests in my opinion Lady on reception on my 2nd night blonde was great. Thank you for being polite and friendly.

Good location, nice lobby and bar area. The other areas were very tired. We stayed in 118. The shower had very weak pressure, the bath enamel was peeling and floating in the bath. The basin was rusty. There was no sanitary bags or bin. We knew there were no toiletries as such. But the dispensers were muddled. Ie hand cream was shampoo. Very very poor lighting in the room and the paint work and carpet was very tired. Very nice breakfast both mornings but there was a very odd vibe on Saturday night as if the staff were on edge some people left as the waitress too long but our food was nice. Nice pool area and clean changing rooms that were well equipped. It wasn't nice to see rows of wine bottles and glasses etc outside rooms for literally hours. The WIFI Was also really poor throughout.

Dreadful. Did not sleep a wink due to terrible bed. Hot room. Cold and disgusting breakfast. Very overpriced and not worth it.

The hotel is very clean, spacious with great amenities. Staff were excellent.. very supportive, courteous and responsible.

The rooms are spacious but very old. The restaurant was okay for food quality for the price, but not clean. The amenities are good.

Do not get put in rm 237. The pool pump keeps you awake all night and to make it worse recemption knows about it ???? Forget the bar for meals. I was forgotten the first night, over an hour for fish and chips and onky got them because i went back up to the bar and asked where it was. Second night they did the same to someone else but got meal wrong as well. He asked for his money back. But they then tried to give me his dinner that had sat on the bar for 5 mins. I hadnt even sat down when they tried to serve it me. The barstaff even argued with me whrn i refused it. Fawlty towers. I got a garage sandwich the next night to be safe ! The hotel room was great when i got moved. Very comfortable and gym, pool etc great. With nice staff.
