Such a fabulous, traditional B&B in the perfect location. We had two nights in a seaview room and only wish we could've stayed longer! Definitely planning a return trip next year. Many thanks to Kez and Rod for their hospitality.

The owners are great and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome , nothing is too much trouble. I have narcolepsy 1 an unusual condition which unfortunately played up during my stay, Kez. the owner was extremely helpful , supportive and understanding and her husband Rodney was also understanding with a good knowledge of the surroundings , he gave us good advice what to do in the area. We also had a lovely room which had a beautiful sea view and all amenities were all close by as it’s situated in a perfect area near to everything but it was also a very quiet and peaceful area which guarantees a good night’s sleep. We will definitely will visit again. Caroline

Location was excellent, also friendly hosts. However, we found very restrictive that breakfast was served only between 8-8.30 am. Also, need to be aware of steep stairs, which wasn’t a problem for us but it wasn’t mentioned on the booking.

We had a lovely two days in Weymouth and it was made even nicer by the stay at pennies house hotel. Our sea view was wonderful and Kezia was the most fantastic host nothing to much trouble would highly recommend this hotel.

Penn House is a lovely little B&B right on the coast of Weymouth Bay. Kezia & Rodney were fantastic hosts and made us feel very welcome. I totally recommend the Sea View room! Would definitely stay at Penn House again if returning to Weymouth.

Really lovely small hotel run by a lovely couple.Very friendly and ideal location.We had a sea view room so could hear the sea all night which was brilliant.
Breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked.

Fantastic stay, Kez was so welcoming and a Rodney cooks a great breakfast! Perfect location to access everything and the most beautiful views from our room. On hand if you need anything and great local knowledge to recommend places to go and see and eat. Thank you, we will be back!
