The hotel has a such good welcoming atmosphere and employees are very helpful and all of them works happy! I would like to say thank you for everyone’s attention during our stay at this hotel, specially to Aesha at front desk, she received us in a really welcoming energy and to the blond lady that helped us to store our bags, she’s a sweetheart. I hope the manager and owner reward your team and keep this staff very well treated. Breakfast was also very good, environment very well organized and clean. Our room were very well cleaned once we arrived and during our staying. I only have positive feedback about the staff, location, comfort and clean. Thank you all! Congratulations.

Bra hotell med god beliggenhet. 6 min gåing til underground (picadilly line, og district); 40 min til Heathrow med tog, 15 min til Picadilly.
Ligger ved siden av en stor matbutikk, og 25 min gåing fra et svær shoppingsenter - dersom man ønsker det.
Grei frokost og god kaffe ☕️ kunne tenke meg å bestille rommet der neste gang igjen :)

We arrived at 14:45 and were told that the room should be ready around 3 pm. I kept asking for an update but unfortunately it was not until 4 pm that the room as finally available. Louise, the receptionist was lovely and she did her best to get us a different room that was readily available.

Thanks for making our 1st stay in London very pleasant. Breakfast was always great and many good choices. I especially want to thank Lolita, Aisha and Anastasia for making our stay great. When in London we will only stay here.

Breakfast choices amazing too but the best aspect of our stay were the chocolate credibly friendly staff!! In particular Aysha, who was very friendly and accommodating- thank you again- I will be recommending!! .

Excellent location, short walk to Earl's Court station, probably about 8 minutes. Lovely staff, bedrooms were very clean and breakfast was fabulous. Would recommend this hotel.

This was my second time staying at the hotel and I will keep staying there when I visit London. The hotel is on a quiet street a block away from a big Tesco and 15ish minute walk to Earls Court tube station. It was great to feel like I was in a regular neighbourhood and not a touristy part of the city. Love the fridge and kettle provided. Got upgraded to a bigger room when the lock to my patio did not work. Very appreciated!!! Staff was very kind and accomadating. The manager and the blonde female assisting patrons were both really helpful in dealing with my room situation. I'm not a big breakfast person but it is included and managed to eat eggs, sausages and hashbrowns every morning and they were pretty good! Overall highly recommend based on cost, amenities provided and location.
