Less than 12 hours before I planned to arrive, the apt i booked was no longer available. They moved me to another location that has no pictures and only bad reviews. I immediately asked to cancel. Two call and they denied my request. Finally Hotel.com did the right thing and got me my refund. Horrible experience with this property. Pay the extra money at stay at a Hotel.

Nice flat, good facilties, very central location. Only issue is its directly above Sgt Peppers bar so the music goes on until 1am and the bass does shake the flat. I didnt mind but if you are a light sleeper take some ear plugs.

Nice place with room to cook separate from sleeping. A bit loud at night but not too bad....to be expected for weekend on Matthew street. Only complaint was place was too warm and could not open windows. They did provide a fan but could not have stayed if it had been any warmer

The location is “right in the heart of Liverpool’s music Mecca” – perfect if you're into music. Walking distance to most of what Liverpool has to offer: Albert Dock, restaurants, and you can even walk all the way to Anfield. The apartment is situated above at least two music pubs. If that’s not your thing, this might not be the place for you – loud music until around 2 AM. Unfortunately, the apartment has a few flaws. For example, the bathroom door (No. 4) couldn’t be closed properly, and the light in there was very dim. Ladies, if you plan to do your makeup – bring a headlamp. Seriously. The sofa bed in the kitchen area was impossible to sit on and should really be replaced. The kitchen equipment was fine, though. None of the three radiators worked. After a day, the hosts responded, and after some convincing, they brought a floor fan, which helped cool things down a bit – at least in the bedroom. If you're staying during summer or in warm weather, it could get quite uncomfortable. It’s a bit of a shame, because the location is great and the apartment itself is decent. The owner really should fix these issues – it likely wouldn’t cost much to sort them out.

Hotels forteller at informasjon kommer på mail døgnet før, men operatør sendte på whatsapp til meg. Meget god plassering i sentrum. Hvis man ikke er glad i liv og røre sent på kveld, anbefales 3 og 4 etg. Pub vegg i vegg. Koselige leilighet.

This property is great, and if you're a Beatles fan even better there's not one bad thing i could say about this property, its a little confusing to check in... but i absolutely love it. The apartment is huge, BEAUTIFUL!!.

First apartment I asked to be moved as there was an overwhelming smell that we thought was weed but they insisted it was just that it’s an old building! They said they just spray air fresheners, the condition of the secondly apartment was very warn all the walls was dirty and marked the beds were not fit for propose generally needs cleaning and re-decorating urgently. Property maintenance is far below what is needed for a rental property, if we could have checked in a hotel we would have but could t find one in the city at such shirt notice. The pictures don’t really show the how bad the condition was.

Perfect stay to be right in the action. Loved having everything so close by!

Great apartment in an excellent location.

Great apartment, great location, all needed items and furnishings present. The apartments are ideal for anyone to have a short term get away in the headlrt of liverpool. As others have stated, you are above a busy street in liverpool with bars and music. There is soundproofing, but only so much music can be stopped. Please be fully aware of this when booking. It is not the fault of the apartments or the company. We found the background music was not oppressive or any reason to not return to this property. We would happily stay here again an d recommend to others.

The apartment itself was great but it was on top of a bar, which meant that loud music was being played till early hours of the morning and I could hear it from the apartment.

Very hot. We had to call twice to get a fan sent up to sleep. It is on a busy road to no windows that open. Clean but sure would have been nice to have some hand soap.

Great apartments in a fantastic location. Perfect for us as near cavern club and lots of great live music pubs. Accommodation was in great condition, bed could have been a bit comfier but overall really good quality accommodation at a reasonable price. Can be a little noisy as above the pub but we didn't mind. Particularly loved the Beatles artwork throughout the accomodation - great touch!

Brilliant stay, lovely atmosphere

Great mega central apartment for Matthew St. opposite the Cavern Pub. Above the Sgt Pepper bar.. take some ear plugs it can be noisy.. but, you’re in Liverpool cavern quarter! Have an amazing time, you’ll love the apartment!
