The listing is misleading. Staff: Receptionist was polite and helpful (the only positive point). Overall Experience: Extremely negative. I left after 15 minutes due to safety concerns and booked another hotel at my own expense. Comments (main box): The photos on the website are fabricated and do not represent the real hotel or area. The surroundings felt unsafe for a woman traveling alone, and I did not feel comfortable staying. I had to leave immediately and book another hotel. This was a shocking and stressful experience. The only positive was the receptionist’s kindness, but overall the listing is misleading and unsafe.

I have booked this last minute due to unexpected business trip to work on site. I did not read reviews before I booked it . I would say I have never been in a hotel where cleanliness is not being considered as part of hotels day to day activities. I was booked in to stay in a room which whe n I booked it was a bigger room in the pictures and when I walked into it it was a small tiny room with double bed that had just a bed which was stiff and a toilet that did not open . This room was as small as my bathroom and I was supposed to stay in it. I complained that the bathroom door could not be opened and was transferred to a king size room saying it’s the best room in the building . Interesting fact about this room is that the windows on this room does not close and there is no aircon in the room . To make things worse there is an afghani restaurant behind the hotel sharing the building and the delivery drivers would come and pick orders late at night . So there was people making noise till very late . Also the shower in the bathroom does not work properly and gives out water very hot or very cold and no worm water. And by the way there was loads in women hair in the bathroom and the carpet on the floor had stans and marks and looked dirty . In one sentence I would say staying here at this hotel was violation of my human rights . You pay little to get nothing and I am not sure how there are 5 star reviews unless they are writing themselves

My flight was canceled and delayed two days later. I got this "hotel" as last option for the second night since all hotels near the airport were booked. The bath towel smelled like mold. There was mold in shower edges. Water temperature was hard to control. Carpet had old stains and the wall had questionable stains. Only stay here if no where else to go that is near the airport.

A room was needed due to a missed flight, and the room we got had beds with clean sheets. The receptionist was pleasant and polite, and check-in was without trouble. The room had a faint musty smell when we entered and the place generally was wery worn down. There was quite a lot of noise from outside after bedtime. The room fulfilled the need at the moment, but I would not recommend it for any planned stay.

Turned up to check in and was told there was no room available

My advice to anyone who’s looking at this, if you are really desperate for somewhere to sleep then I suggest you sleep under the hedge because if this is a three star hotel, then the hedge will definitely be a five star hotel. There was no way I could bring my wife to this place after a long haul flight halfway round the world so I walked out and found somewhere else.

The room I was in was facing rhe main road too noisy Traffic can't sleep Didn't have a shower in the morning no water coming out of the shower head just a trickle and difficult to adjust the temperature if not careful you will get scolded. Carpets from the hall dirty and not clean

I am not usually one to complain but this place is absolutely gross and something needs to be said! You are greeted by a foul smell as soon as you walk through the door. Which wasn't anything compared to the horrendous smell in the room. The floors were sticky and the carpets look like they haven't been cleaned in over a century. The bathroom was a disaster, the toilet didn't flush and the amount of mould was terrible. The shower wasn't much better either with someone else's old plaster still stuck to the showerhead! The toilet was also loose and the lights didn't work. The walls were all stained with god knows what. Behind the bed was filthy and half the blinds were missing which doesn't help when you are trying to sleep. I stayed at this place by myself and I honestly feel sick to my stomach. Definitely the worst hotel I have stayed at. Giving this place one star is far more credit then it deserves. I hope someone reads this and doesn't make the same mistake I did by booking a room in this dreadful and disgusting place. How this place is allowed to operate like this is beyond me.

The condition of the building is deplorable. The first room they gave me had a broken window with no handle on a busy street. The second room they gave me was very dirty and needed major maintenance peeling walls stains on the walls and badly stained carpet.

Rooms are awful though guess you get what you pay for.

This Hotel is horrible, there is no area clean. Beds are about to fall apart, carpet and walls have stains everywhere and the bathrom is the worst. We booked for one night, and we couldn't even spend the night there. I have never seen a hotel in so poor condition. We had to find another hotel for the night. I will no recommend staying there.

The room smelled awful. The shower cubicle has stench and no hot water from the wash hand basing. No towels. AC not working. Noise from the room above mine and next door kept me up until everyone got to sleep. No sound proof at all. I couldn't wait to leave at 5.30am. Not happy at all.
