Stables Inn Aintree

Extremely handy for the racecourse. Room was comfortable. Would stay again.

Very basic but clean and staff were polite. Would stay there again as its easy to get too and has a large carpark which is free. Thats unusual in this day and age.

Staff were VERY welcoming and amenable. Room was - generally - clean, but the facilities are tired and in need of a bit of TLC. Bathroom tiles need a really good DEEP clean, decor needs a fresh coat of paint. Equipment needs a face lift. BUT - it really wasn't expensive and to some extent, you get what you pay for. The need for a refurb or update isn't the fault of the on site staff. Location is good to get to, parking is free and city centre is easily accessible by bus or train. Would I stay again? On balance, yes probably - it was not expensive!

Banging from 5a.m. The state of the room was terrible due the amount of damage. Terrible fix it job on bathroom door handle & it was very hard to open & close. Top of radiator was filthy, room was too hot & had to ask for a fan. Wasn't a double bed like we asked for but two single beds pushed together.

Parking was easy. I got here early (before check-in) and they accommodated me and gave me my room which was clean and ready. It's incredibly convenient for Aintree racecourse

I'm grateful for the Stables Inn Aintree, and the staff there, for providing me with perfect accomodation this past week, for an equine event at Aintree. I found it: safe; very clean and tidy; lots of hot water and clean, soft linens; VERY quiet and restful; friendly and hard-working staff (one woman was quietly wiping down the hand rails in the hallway at 11 pm, not sitting in the office on her phone, how amazing! :); perfect location (walkable) for the horse show, really close to restaurants and services. Many thanks, Stables Inn! For what it is (ie. Not a Four Seasons Hotel, 10/10 Highly recommend, KSB

Easy to find friendly staff easy to get in to town centre

Decent accommodation, good staff. Comfortable bed. Good shower.

Parking easy and right outside. Friendly staff. Bed very uncomfortable, very thin pillows, smells like wet dog in the room. Really annoying massive led light showing the temperature on the radiator, room cold, bathroom very tired looking. Linens not crisp you could feel the duvet cover was old too. I imagine they inherited everything from when it used to be a premier inn and haven’t brought anything new or refurbished at all.
