Absolutely lovely single room was perfect for the 5 nights up here and will definitely book again in near future. Debbie and Shaun are both lovely owners and definitely deserve a lot more credit for what they do day in and day out.

The room was spotless and cleaned every day. It is minutes from the seafront. Check in and out was so easy and everyone was very friendly. i didn't have en-suite as I was in the single room but the separate toilets and shower were just at the end of the hall and were cleaned everyday.
The only downside was there is a small window overlooking the indoor stairwell in the room and if the hall lights are on it shines into the room. They have tried to counteract this with a blind but it still lights up the room when they are on during the night.
I had a great stay and will use again.

We arrived a little earlier than expected and we were welcomed by our hosts Debbie and Shaun. We were shown to our room which was very clean and well maintained including the shared toilet/shower room. The beds (2 singles) were very comfortable. The room had a tv, fridge, kettle and tea,coffee milk and sugar. Would definitely recommend Sunnyside Hotel as a place to stay in Great Yarmouth.

We had a fantastic 6 night stay. We came back a year later because we had such a good stay before. It was just as perfect for us the second time around. The hosts Sean and Debbie are lovely, they make you feel really welcome. The ensuite bedroom is comfortable and clean with a fridge and tea and coffee tray replenished daily when the room is serviced. We were out all day so it was perfect for a good night's sleep. For a small change I highly recommend breakfast, it is excellent. Will definitely stay again!

Had a lovely time, the hotel itself was fine, great breakfast & owner's were spot on, perfect location as in beach & town centre. Very tight roads & seagulls are a threat to paintwork on your car, the area is very colorful, excellent vfm.

No problems at all with this establishment we even had a fridge in the room which came in very handy. Ok for parking and walking distance to town centre. Owners very nice. No compalint 😁😁
