Great location, old building but room updated. (No closet). Can be noisy in the evening as the rooms are above the bar overall excellent location, spacious and clean.

The bed was comfortable, but they didnt supply breakfast which was a shock. Many stairs up to the bedroom and paintwork looked a bit tired.

The stay was OK… of course the location was great, just a couple of minutes walk from Liverpool st station, but the stay itself felt a little impersonal. I suppose we were expecting a ‘boutique’ experience from the write up and the photos, but it was somewhat ‘no frills’ in the end, which was a bit disappointing. The staff welcome was adequate but bare minimum. We found out our room was on the top floor - 75 steps up - there had been no warning of this. Luckily we were able to manage this, but I think it could have been an issue for some people and there was no indication from the staff that they would offer to help if needed. Also, on night one we only had enough hot water for one shower, and there was no hot water the next morning. We reported it and it was fixed by the time we came back that afternoon, but again, there was no ‘apology’ or acknowledgment from the staff that there had been a problem. Other small points - the plug in the basin didn’t hold water, the grouting in the shower was a bit grubby and there was thick dust on the lamp shade over the desk. But the bed was very comfortable. Overall, just ‘OK’ considering the cost - and it could have been made better with a little more personal attention from staff .

Great location and a lovely room, spacious, clean and full of useful amenities. Staff werr extremley helpful and welcoming. I would stay again!

Small, but comfortable rooms at a great location Not many extra amenities, but everything required for a comfortable stay while exploring London

Lets us into our room early which was very helpful as we had tickets for the theatre. Room was very comfortable and well stocked with tea coffee and soft drinks. Shower was goid with plenty of shower gel

Very central location, great little pub, no noise from pub in bedroom. Really clean and modern with lovely staff and early check in without requesting it!

Établissement atypique avec un bar au RDC. La petite rue dans laquelle il est située est très vivante et peu de voitures passent. Le concept de petite cuisine en libre accès à chaque est sympa et le personnel est top.

Super beliggenhet. Veldig mange og smale trapper opp til rommet.

Nice staff, quiet room, free snacks

Stumbled upon this plays by Accident and will absolutely be going back. So clean and great amenities and absolutely perfect location!

Lovely helpful reception team. I didn’t get to the Bull and the Hide til almost 1am but the team had sent me a code for the door and given clear directions as to where my room was. After a nightmare journey I came into a lovely warm room, spacious bathroom, a good selection of hot drinks, water coke, biscuits and crisps. Lovely fluffy towels. Bed was super comfy as were the pilllows, I’d definitely stay here again

Room was a revelation - a huge upgrade on a travelodge/Premier Inn room and 25% cheaper. Staff were great, room modern and clean and the bed very comfortable. TV was a decent size too. Overall tip-top!

La chambre ne dispose pas d’un système de chauffage. L’hôtel vous met à disposition un mini radiateur à roulette, et débrouillez-vous. Visité en décembre/janvier, il fait donc environ 15 degrés dans les WC et la salle de bain. La poignée de porte des WC était cassée, simple vitrage, TV en basse qualité… très décevant pour 250€ la nuit. Seul point positif : la localisation et la proximité avec Liverpool Street.
