The Close Airport

I appreciated getting feedback. I had a lot of questions because we knew we would be getting in late. Based on their description, I saw nothing about a shared bathroom. I have a bad bladder, and this gave me anxiety. There was a potential for 8 people sharing yhe bathroom. This would have been problematic if they had a packed house. We had to pay $30 US dollars to drive less than 4 miles. They took a 25 pound deposit and if they don't pay me back, I will be relentless.

After we completed to million mile march getting to the house we were feeling like pack mules that had just been herded across the desert. We did give it a cute name though “Jack The Ripper Prospect House”. Baby we was so deep in the hood I got to watch Fridays live out of the window.

To much noises, very difficult to get in for checking so much confusion! In the room no where to hand the towels and clothes! Very dissatisfied

This is not an hotel bit a home stay. It has an old wretched bed for one that they class as double with springs underneath the sheets that they call a mattress, a chair and a tiny table. No wardrobe , no basis amenities and shared bathroom. Please do not advertise this as an hotel any longer. The receptionist is also very very rude. The so called hotel debited my card with another £26. I do not know what for.

Booked a deluxe double room. Definately not what we got. Room was so tiny. Enough room for a double bed and not much more. Definately not for 2 people with luggage. Heater barely worked. Location good for getting back to heatrow but not much more. Would not stay here again. Definately not in tiny room 5. Should be a single room at best. Sent a message about dis satisfaction but no response. Lots of messages before the stay about confirming identity and account details for a security deposit though.

I didn't expect it to be this bad. I found condom in the room even if it was new, but I felt disgusted, the wardrobe is filled with things belonging to the owner so i put my staff on the floor. The kitchen is not clean. The cooker is not working, and because I have a heart condition, I can't order food from out that contains salt. I wanted to cook something for dinner, but unfortunately. The kettle is so dirty that no one can use it. The toilet is not clean. Bed and pillows were acceptable

Terrible. I could not stay and needed to book another hotel. Please refund smoothly.

After receiving the notification that the accomidation was booked i was dropped off in a dark and unwelcoming area. I knocked on the door rang the bell and knocked on womdows for 15 minutes before thinking of reporting this as a scam abd rebooking into another motel. Eventually a voice comes (i guess the management)over the intercom askimg me to log on. I had to use their wifi and pray my low battery on my phone held out and didn't die. I had to put photos of ID and bank account details into a wattsapp message?! I ended up getting a code for door. Had to see in the dark with no lights. Then i had to find my key? I asked the neighbours who were no help and luckily another person at the place showed me where to get the key and where the code was. Absolute joke. Wont be back.

It was great for one night before we went on our holiday, though there was only 1 glass and 2 mugs for 2 people

The property is clean, it was a bit tricky to get in the door and we totally missed that we needed to check in again by showing our passport to the camera by the door. Kitchen: Great that there was cutlery and plates etc. There were no paper products to wipe anything off. The “dish towel” was a pillow case. The “sponge” that I assume was left for our use in the kitchen was obviously very old and used. I had to hunt through the cupboards to find the housekeeping cleaning products to replace it. No hand sanitizer or any other cleaner except dish soap. The bathroom: This,I feel, was NOT communicated in the hotel ad as being SHARED between 3 ( or more?) rooms. Had I been aware, I would NOT have booked this property. Also clean but no bath mat - a tile floor is slippery when wet. The tub is VERY high and difficult to “climb” into also there is nothing on the bottom of the tub which ,again, is slippery when wet. This could be a liability if there is an injury. The shower works fine when handheld but is impossible to use hands free as it slides down as soon as the water is changed from tub to shower. This means that water sprays EVERYWHERE and gets the floor wet. Again, a liability. Bedroom: Beds were clean Disappointing there is no media (TV, radio etc) of any kind but it was not promised. There are no hooks to hang clothing or towels anywhere. This was listed as a hotel but it was a converted residence on a housing estate. No private bathroom

Make it easier for one to get it, if out the country. Maybe leave WiFI free for someone who doesn’t have internet and can’t get ahold of you

The door to my room couldnt be locked from the inside. As its a house with multiple occupancy, i felt very uncomfortable and ended up pushing a lightweight table against the door. I was next to the toilet (shared) which was noisy. You could hear occupants microwaving after 12am. All made for a restless night.

Dette kan vel ikke ses på som hotell. Mer et knøttlite rom i et kollektiv. Hvis kravet dit kun er en ren seng i påvente av fly neste dag så er stedet ok. Ønsker du noe som helst mer, er ikke dette stedet for deg. Toalett og dusj på gangen.

It was not very clear at the time of booking what extra measures we have to go through. There was no one at the property to guide. Property have no signs or label. Its just house number and we were not able to locate it despite being in that cul desac. Luckly we have a smart phone to check our code to collect the keys, which was thanks to a neighbour helping us out to locate the area.

インターホンチェックインが出来ずに困っていたら先客が全てしてくれて入室出来ました 英語が出来ないと大変 看板も表札も無いので住所だけが頼りでした キッチンや冷蔵庫はあるけどテレビばないです
