The staff were very nice and friendly, room was clean but needed updating,

Ideally situated for most things. Disappointed no hot water to wash or shower

They were very friendly and helpful, it would have been better if we had a lower floor has we both where disabled , the room was clean and comfortable but his very tired and needs upgrading, but other that that we enjoyed our stay for the price we paid

Waited 45 minutes for someone to check us in no duvet covers in bed stains in sheets no hot water no remote for TV and nobody around to sort any issues out overall it was awful

It was ok property was a bit dated probably wouldn't stay there but we were out most of the time staff were friendly and accommodating

The room was little and the bed bugs became i feel that something was biteing me

Room was not very clean and dated. No hot water last night so no shower till this morning. wifes been bitten to death covered in large bumps.... Won't be going back there

Avoid this place at all costs. Arrived just before 3 and room not ready yet. Shower was ice cold and no hot water what so ever. We arrived back from night at winter gardens and couldn't get in the front door, the key wouldn't work in the lock, tried the door bell for about 20 mins and no response, no answer on the telephone number provided. We ended up having to throw stones at another guests window for around 10 mins to get in. So we sat in the rain and cold for around 30 mins. Not impressed. When we tried the key in the door it would work on lock inside but not outside. Another couple was also trying to get in and they didn't even have a door key. There was dirty laundry and pots and rubbish in the hallway downstairs which was there when we arrived and still their when we left. No sign of anyone working here what so ever, no one ever in reception. If I could give zero stars I would. This place needs removing from all websites.

No Breakfast option available. Decoration very outdated. Rooms tiny and the bathroom’s are less than a mtr wide. Needs a thorough upgrade.

We arrived early on the day we checked in and we went into feathers hotel and nobody was at the reception so I rang the doorbell there and it took them a while to answer then took them 1 hour to come down. We did leave the suitcase at the back of reception until we were able to check in and we were able to check in early at 1pm. The room was nice just no heating at all.

Needs to employ a cleaner

Just what we needed for a night's stay in Blackpool, friendly service, clean and comfy rooms, old but charming! A stones throw from Blackpool tower too so easy access to the seafront and town centre.

Awful tiny room people smoking marijuana somewhere downstairs never again

Nice host, very Friendly. Nice room, built in hair dryer is a nice touch. We did find a “baggy” ( used for substances ) down the side of the bed side table when plugging in chargers but we understand that’s a hard area to clean. On the last day when we stripped the bedding we found weed clumps in the bed, leading us to believe perhaps the sheets were not changed between guests? Other than that it was a pleasant visit, nice en-suite and good location.
