I'm sorry this place was horrible. I feel the description on the website is grossly inaccurate. This place is not a true B&B, it's in a"sketchy" part of town, it was DIRTY- the bathroom floor was filthy. The beds are well passed their use for comfort and have the bare minimum bedding-a sheet covering a bare mattress, comforter, and a pillow case over a bare, flat, dirty pillow. The two throw pillows in the room were dirty and smelled. The people that worked there were very helpful and kind and they did have a nice breakfast. I feel like I was duped for the amount of money it cost. I did not feel safe here.

Great service. Helpful staff. Good full English breakfast. The room had a window to a hallway, only with blinders, which was not sufficient to keep the hallway light out. There was also noise from the hallway, the other rooms and from outside until very late. I suppose because the walls are very thin. Very hot in the room during summer.

The place was horrible, dirty, with people doing drugs at reception, we checked in and left 5 min later, as we did not feel safe at the place.

Excellent value if (like me) you prefer box spring mattreses over extra firm beds. Nearby Moon Under Water pub in Hounslow has the best bar manager I have experienced in nearly 40 years--excellent recommendation by a facility that prohibits alcohol.

Very good for Heathrow & good price.

Property was a short walk from the tube station, and only 2 stops away from the Heathrow airport. The convenience was nice. The building is very old, under control seduction, dirty, and quite smelly. When we got our room, it had a very strong perfume odor. We aired it out since we could barely breathe in there, and afterwards it smelled of cigarettes. It was dirty and most of the outlets did not work. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good.

Pleasant enough, what you would expect for the price

This hotel is like stepping back to the 70’s! It advertises as having a restaurant,but it hasn’t operated for a while now apparently.No food available at this hotel. It is a VERY tired hotel,I wouldn’t stay there again.

The staff were very helpful even though they were decorating downstairs the service and breakfast was excellent.

Whilst the bedroom was spotlessly clean, there was building work going on rifgr into tge night in the di ning room which was next to our room. I coukd clearly hear the person in the next bedroom to us snoring all night and the staff were chatting so loudly to each other you had no hooe if sleeping after 6am. Full English bearkfast consusted of bacon eggs beans 1sasauge and toast , this was lovely and hot. Overall, we had a vwry disappointing stay.

Everything was good until the last night of our stay when a mouse got into the bread we had for making on the road traveling. I believe that the remodeling may have pushed them away from the kitchen
