Iwould highly recommend theguesthouse ,friendly staff, nothing was a trouble. Comfy bed,plenty hot water, " hot " radiators( on a very cold night ) excellent breakfast the next morning .Real good value as well.Many thanks for a great stay.B.

Rooms do need attention. Cobwebs, black around the shower, wall paper coming away for wall under window. Bed was comfy and breakfast was lovely.

Great host , shame it’s in a run down road

Everything was good. From check in to check out I have no complaints. The guy who was there was very friendly. Didn’t have the breakfast as I didn’t get up in time but it did smell good!!

Very friendly and polite

Me and my partner booked to stay here on the 15th-17th June. When we arrived at the property first impressions was that it was run down. We were taking to our bedroom, we were given bedroom 4. The room was run down and could do with some basic works like a lick of paint, new carpet. I then checked the bathroom and this was not a pretty site, there was a slit in the celling above the shower, around the seal of the shower it was dusty and unkepted, the shower it self was full of lime scale right the way down the hose and head, the shower control pannel was thick of black grime underneath. We stayed the Friday night but on the Saturday after being out all day we would not face staying in this room again so we left. There was no one on reception so I left a note asking them to call and I would pay for our stay over the phone as I had not paid yet. We got a phone call about 20 minutes later saying we would get a phone call on the Tuesday fpr payment. No phone call came on Wednesday I got a phone call and email asking for payment, which was fine but I missed phone call due to being at work I picked up the email and said I would pay once I was in from work and give them our experience via email. Later on Wednesday night I came out of work to a voice mail and another missed call at 9.45pm. The voice not was not very nice from what I can only assume is the owner or Manager. I have paid for both the full stay messaged them back to say so. Yet i still have no reply for my feedback!

Lovely stay. Clean,tidy and very friendly. Great breakfast too. Would stay again.

Staff were very good close to beach and town center

I booked it on line looked nice. Once we got there .carpets had a stain .paint looked luke it was chipped of. Single beds i wanted a double bed.beds not appearing to be safe.we paid a deposit 85 pounds.we didnt even stay there.the landlird of jasmine didnt offer us a deposit back.
