Holiday from hell! I arranged an early check in & when I get there the place was an absolute mess they never told me the cleaners weren’t going to be arriving till later which is very unsanitary to have someone check in without having it cleaned so the guests before had left all of there trash towels on the ground stained toilet & bedding all over! The cleaners finally came & even after a three hour clean the place was absolutely disgusting as nothing can make this place clean. There were stains everywhere on carpet/walls and there’s a hole in the kitchen wall. They left no toiletries or even a roll of toilet paper for me including no hand soap etc. There’s no proper door on bathroom or bedroom so not sure how guests can even use! Awful smell & nothing like pictured! The apartment is also up a huge flight of stairs with no elevator as well which is not stated. They refused to cancel or even give a partial refund as I refused to stay so was out 3,000 & had to book a new place! I never complain or ever put reviews but this place is a total scam do not stay!!

Great position very close to the Tube and lots of local shops and cafes. Lovely quiet streets. Apartment small but bright and airy with lots of ventilation. Washing machine at first seemed odd a few steps away from apartment entry door but actually was very convenient as a separate laundry. Separate wc is good. Instant hot water to shower is great. Kitchen is super compact with no dishwasher but has everything else. Main criticism is untidy, scrappy stairwell entry. Decor very nice.
