The staff were super friendly and helpful, in particular, Gergo, Ryan, and Michel. They were attentive and accommodating by facilitating an early check in for us. We were so thankful for that. Additionally, the room was comfortable and clean. Everything was perfect. We would stay at this hotel again.

アールズコート駅からのアクセスの良さ、周辺の環境等とても過ごしやすく安全に滞在が出来ました。チェックインの仕方もとても分かりやすかったです。部屋も基本的には清潔でしたが、全体的に少し補修が必要かもしれません。(写真よりは少しだけ古びている印象です) それから、表玄関のドアノブは絶対に修理した方が良いと思います！でもそれすらも楽しめたので、とても良いホテルでした。

Great location and lovelybplace

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. The location was excellent and communication from the operators was very good. Overall cleanliness and condition was adequate. The apartment was a little bit tight, but that is to be expected in London. More hooks, racks, etc would help. Also, we really appreciated free access to laundry (with pods) but the dryer took a very long time to dry a load, just be aware of this. If you are looking for a safe and quiet "home base" while exploring London, this is a great option. Earls Court Station was just a short walk away.

Excelente acomodação!! Muito bem localizado, Extremamente limpo, super confortável e com todos os utensílios necessários pra uma estadia curta! Fácil comunicação e instrução de checkin. A única coisa que poderia melhorar è a internet que achamos um pouco lenta. Mas depois descobrimos que a internet da cidade inteira é lenta… Vale muito a pena!

A bit shabby. Lots of chips and paint scratches. Not as nice as the pictures No where to sit and do hair and make up. Tap in kitchen drippy.

Lovely apartment with all you need, clean & comfortable.

This property was just average in my books. I do feel like the pictures look nicer than the flat, but overall it was still good. I do think it could use a thorough cleaning as the walls in the kitchen especially were dirty with handprints and other splatter. Some of the utensils were not very clean as well and there were some cobwebs in the sleeping area on the walls. The kitchen could be better equipped - I didnt have a cutting board/mat or a cutting knife whatsoever, so it made it difficult to prepare fruits and vegetables for meals. There is only one steak knife which was very dull and more like a butterknife. That being said, the location is absolutely the biggest pro of this property. Less than 5 minute walk to Earls Court station which was extremely convenient for transport around London. Check in was easy and also convenient including the communication. I had no issues finding the property and despite the cons listed above, the stay was still good.

Loved the high ceilings and doors onto the balcony, created a lovely feel in the property. The heated bathroom floors meant any spills from the shower dried really quickly and it was beautifully furnished. The host company was extremely responsive when we had concerns and very helpful with local recommendations. Very safe area and walkable to either local transport or the main high streets. Would definitely come again.

Excellent location and really helpful host

I had some issues that needed fixing and within minutes of messaging the owners they'd responded and fixed the problems! I was very impressed, the location is brilliant and the apartment is well appointed and I'd be delighted to stay there again.

Had a great stay here and look forward to coming back. Upon arrival the Wi-Fi was a little weak so within minutes they installed a repeater and it was great after that. Wonderful service. Instant replies when communicating. Couple minutes to Earl’s Court station, a few more to Gloucester Road station. Great restaurants and access to amazing sites nearby. Highly recommended!

Great location, surrounded by good local restaurants and very close to the earls court tube. Room was tidy, comfortable and the kitchen was very handy. Our only critique was the noise, you can hear your neighbour quite clearly through the walls so our sleep was interrupted a few times but other than that small issue we highly recommend this location for a stay in London.

Fire alarm went off 5 times including twice in the middle of the night.

Modern style apartment with close access to the metro system and exceptional restaurants near by. Large windows and open floor plan made for a relaxing environment. Bathroom was clean and nice to use.

No nos gustó para nada el alojamiento. Si bien la estética del lugar es normal, lo vendían como un departamentito pero es una habitación con una cocina en el pasillo que no terminamos usando. No teníamos lugar para nada, la limpieza había que pagarla extra. La ubicación estaba muy bien. Si bien lo aclaran en la página, el hecho de no tener cunas disponibles ni siquiera a pedido, también me pareció inconveniente.

A very nice place with easy check in, good accomodation and nearby the underground.
