This was, by far, the best hotel I've stayed at in London.

The Lanesborough Hotel offers a luxurious experience with impeccable service and elegant surroundings. The rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and provide all the comforts expected from a five-star property. However, the experience was slightly marred by condensation on the windows, which obscured the otherwise stunning view. Additionally, while the butler service was attentive, there were moments when the eagerness of the staff, particularly in their attempts to be helpful, felt a bit intrusive, compromising the sense of privacy. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall stay was memorable, with world-class amenities and a prime location making it an excellent choice for those seeking indulgence and sophistication.

This hotel is exceptional - from the quality of the beautiful interiors, the many dining and bar options and the wonderful service. They make guests feel extremely welcome and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Our 3rd Xmas stay at The Lanesborough and we have just booked for 2025. Fantastic hotel, best in London. Really cannot say enough about the wonderful staff, they are incredible.

Excellent staff and service. Facilities a bit tired. Neighboring Peninsula is taking some clients away from Lanesborough.

The butler service is outstanding. Additionally I love the quaintness of the bar and even when sitting alone, everyone is attentive and makes you feel appreciated and comfortable. All staff are friendly and highly professional. For the vintage "English" feeling, stay at the Lanesborough. Next time I'll visit the spa and pool.

El hotel es muy bello, con el típico e impecable gusto inglés. El personal, desde la entrada hasta los que limpian son sumamente amables y eficientes. Sin duda me vuelvo a quedar en este hotel. Estuve por 8 días y fueron sumamente agradables!!!

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y cómodas. El personal es de nivel 100. Yo tuve una complicación de salud y el apoyo que recibí por parte del personal fue sumamente amable y eficiente. Ah, cuando vengan recuerden visitar a Lilibeet la van a amar!!!

Les superlatifs viennent à manquer tant j’ai apprécié mon séjour et je tiens à remercier toutes les équipes pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Une adresse haut de gamme qui vaut plus que le détour ! POINTS POSITIFS - Accueil et check-in (sur-classement + coupe de champagne offerte) - Le fait que les équipes connaissent votre nom - Le service butler d’une redoutable efficacité - De magnifiques espaces communs à la décoration raffinée - Une belle chambre bien agencée et au calme (dernier étage avec vue sur la ville) - Un service de chambre impeccable et discret - Un superbe espace spa (spacieux et confortable) POINTS D’AMELIORATION - Pas d’ascenseur direct pour la piscine (+ des travaux qui obligeaient à être accompagné pour accéder au spa par l’extérieur) - Une salle de bain un peu petite - Un manque de produits dans la salle de bain - Bon à savoir la piscine n’est pas adaptée pour nager (piscine hydrotherapy)

The best hotel in London. Luxury with the feeling of a family run operation. It’s excellent all round.

We stay at The Lanesborough regularly when visiting London. This was our second Christmas stay and we have already booked for 2024 because this hotel is wonderful. The staff are all incredible and make you feel so special.

Great service, excellent facilities but room didn’t match descriptions at confirmed reservation. Promised Hide Park view and was given a wall in front of window. I could have saved approximately $500 if I knew a view would not be available.

Dieses Hotel ist schlicht und einfach fantastisch. Sowohl das Hotel als auch das Personal. Extremste freundlich, zuvorkommend, Halsbereich und sehr familiär. Ich kann nur jedem dieses Hotel empfehlen !!!!!!

My stay at the Lanesborough was wonderful. The concierge staff was very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond my expectations. The same goes for the butler service which thoughtfully anticipated my needs. The hotel itself was beautiful and immaculate. Check in and check out was a pleasure. Overall, I felt right at home.
