If you're looking for a central location for shopping on Regent and Oxford Streets with good tube service then this location will give you that. Otherwise it had minimal kitchen supplies, was noisy and most importantly the steps going down to the flat were littered with both old and new garbage. Also, the beds are listed incorrectly. There are not two King sized beds. There are two Queen sized beds and one Double sized bed. And strangely the largest bedroom with the largest bathroom is the one that contains the smallest bed. This stay definitely did not live up to my expectations for the amount of money that I spent and has me questioning other properties listed on Expedia.

Great location, convenient amenities.

The unit was clean and in good order. Very family friendly. The laundry washing machine made it really convient keeping up with traveling laundry. The well equipped kitchen was nice to bring groceries and eat in. Communication with staff was easy, the property was easily located. It is noisy as it is just off Regent St. but it was not really an issue. It is very conviently located, close to the Oxford Corcus tube station and bus stops by Hamley’s. There were minor cleaning issues primarily in the bathroom but nothing unreasonable. We enjoyed our stay.

The only positive about this rental was its central location, close to Oxford Circus. Unfortunately, everything else about our stay fell far below expectations—especially given the price point, which was comparable to reputable hotels in Soho. Upon arrival, we were immediately disappointed. We had to clean up multiple dead mice in the unit, the bathroom door handle fell off trapping me inside (used a kitchen knife to get out), and every single window handle was broken. Mold and water damage were visible throughout the space, and small ants were present across the unit. The overall condition was run-down, with stained towels, worn furniture, and bowed floors. Our stay was further disrupted by unannounced construction in the hallway, with carpet replacement work being carried out during our trip. A stranger also entered the unit to repair the shower without prior notice, which was both unsettling and unprofessional. Basic amenities were sorely lacking. For an 8-day stay, only two rolls of toilet paper were provided. The oven didn’t work, and there was no air conditioning. With the windows closed, the heat was uncomfortable; with them open, we were kept awake by drunk people every night. This trip was meant to be special, as it was my elderly father’s first visit to London. Instead, the conditions of this apartment left us both sick and deeply disappointed. The small 20% refund offered does not begin to make up for the unhygienic and unsafe state of the property.

Lage der Wohnung war für uns genau richtig. Leider ist die Wohnung schon sehr "abgewohnt" (Tür- und Fenstergriffe fallen ab, Boden tw. brüchig etc.).

Fint opphold. Grei leilighet, super beliggenhet. Kun 1 bad på 3 soverom. Må gå igjennom ett soverom for å komme til badet. Passer bedre for familie med barn enn f.eks. 3 par.

It was so bad that I had to leave within 20 mins to a new property. The carpets were stinking, no AC, and had to climb 40 + stairs. The rooms were very dinghy. I would highly recommend against it.

Incredible Location, bustling nightlife.

Location, location, location! This gorgeous property is in the heart of Mayfair. It is a 2 minute walk to Oxford station and 3 minutes to Bond Station. There are plenty of high end as well as reasonable dining options available within walking distance. Full kitchen with washer is a blessing if you want to cook/ do laundry. Only thing to be aware of is that the apartment is on the 4 th floor without an elevator ( 4 th floor per US standards, 3 floor by British ) so it may not be suitable for folks with mobility issues. Overall, I highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again in future.

The property is located right next to Oxford Circus Station, Carnaby Street, Liberty and the famous Regent Street. Perfect for exploring London. We appreciated the Communication with Nestor Group as it was possible to chat with with them via WhatsApp which made it super easy to ask questions or seek assistance. Would book again!

Fin leilighet. Utrolig sentralt i London. 40 meter fra Regent Street. Ikke heis. Rent og pent. Litt kald leilighet, og bråkene fra gaten i det ene soverommet. Vanskelig å tro at man skal finne en bedre løsning dersom man ønsker kjøkken, god plass og sentral beliggenhet.
