Did not feel this was a “deluxe room. Very small. First room had a view of an active construction site. Second room was on ground floor. Constant pedestrian and car and truck traffic. No privacy.

Stayed at the Townhouse a few times. Only thing I would ask for is coat hooks in the room. Nowhere to hang a coat as you come into the room and the wardrobe is a hassle. J

A lovely hotel with kind, considerate and helpful staff in a really good location with nearby access to Green Park Station from which you travel on the Jubilee, Piccadilly and Victoria lines. Just perfect for me attending concerts at the O2, walking to places of interest and seeing family.

This is an excellent hotel, perfectly located for visitors wanting to see well-known sites.

Always perfect

Lovely boutique style hotel. We spent the night for my husband’s birthday. Room was small but well appointed and made good use of the space. Check in was really smooth and easy. We had some drinks in the bar - I felt the service was a bit underwhelming for a 5 star hotel bar (and associated prices..!). Waiters were perfectly friendly and nice but lacked the subtle urgency and attentiveness you’d expect from a bar like this. A bit of a wait for drinks, had to keep going to the bar to order / request menus, didn’t notice when we’d finish our drink to ask if we’d like another - that sort of thing. Maybe it wasn’t table service but other tables were being served so it wasn’t clear! They did bring a nice dessert as it was my husband’s birthday which was very thoughtful and included mini bar in the room was a nice touch. Breakfast was really lovely but they did forget my eggs order. Overall it was good but not the best.

Amazing stay.

Fabulous boutique hotel. Great location near Green Park. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The staff are friendly and professional. The room was comfortable and an adequate size for a weekend break. A couple of observations, not much space in the bathroom for personal toiletries and the hanging space in the wardrobe is short and so long dresses are crumpled up. Dandy’s bar is quaint and the food lovely. Staff again polite, friendly & professional. A great stay, I would return and highly recommend to others.

Pros: nice clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Well located with green park a few minutes walk away and green park tube about 5 mins away too. King bed was comfy. Mini bar was complimentary and we really enjoyed the snacks. Cons: booked as a rewards night which may have been why we were given the room we were given… it looked like it was the accessibility room so there were modifications. It was on the main floor right by the hotel bar and reception and so it was really noisy well until around 1am and then started again at around 7am. Really bad sleep as a result which is why I’ve given it a 3 as getting rest in is a priority for me.

The Mayfair Townhouse is a gem in London. My friend and I stayed there on an extended weekend trip to celebrate our birthdays and had a simply wonderful experience. We were looking for accommodations in a great neighborhood, as women traveling alone we were looking for a safe, modern, and easily accessible hotel. The kind lobby attendant was happy to help us and the check-in desk handled our efficient check-in and gave us a route for a quick walking tour of the neighborhood while we waited for our rooms to be ready everyone provided excellent customer service. The lobby is well-appointed there is a bar, and the rooms are modern and chic. I had originally booked a cabin room but upgraded my reservation to a classic. The room was perfect for someone traveling alone or with a partner. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was generous. The mini bar was complimentary so I was able to have free water and snacks! The neighborhood can't be beat. Everything was amazing!

Fint hotell med behagelig atmosfære. Beliggenhet i en rolig gate og område, men likevel veldig sentralt. Sheperd Market er rett rundt hjørnet. Mayfair-området tilbyr både mange restauranter og barer, samtidig med rolige gater som innbyr til fine rusleturer. Bydelen ligger slik at man fint kan gå til "alle steder". Hotellet har en flott bar og lobbyområde. Noe ulikt servicenivå og tilstedeværelse hos de forskjellige ansatte. Rommet vi fikk var nok et av de mindre og lite smart utformet - så ikke så praktisk, men likevel komfortabelt.

I wanted to stay in Mayfair neighborhood as a central location from which to explore London, and it was perfect for that! I was around a lot of nice restaurants that were walkable at night, which was nice as I was solo. The hotel is 5 minutes from Green Park Station, for 3 underground lines and a bus stop, plus walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Westminster area, Piccadilly/Trafalgar and more. Location can't be beat. The hotel itself felt quite luxurious, however the room was small and would have felt quite cramped if there were 2 people (it was their smallest option). I was only there to sleep and change however, so it made no difference to me. Service was warm, efficient and friendly.
