As a new hotel you would think it may lack that sense of history and character of other London hotels…this was absolutely not the case. Fantastic from start to finish. The rooms are beautiful, service is impeccable and all the facilities you could want. Beautiful small touches to make you feel special. We also loved the bar and the restaurant Brooklands is an absolute must! The best Michelin starred restaurant we have been to so far.

All I can say is that I can’t wait to go back. Absolutely the best hotel experience that I’ve ever had. Attentive staff is the best part of the whole experience. They were thoughtful, caring, and very reactive and respectful.

Okay. Requested for a city view and upgrade for my daughter’s graduation celebrations. Apparently city views were declined, and upgrade wasn't to satisfaction..

What an amazing experience. This was a staycation for my husband’s special birthday and boy did they deliver! From the start - impeccable service. Even when there was a mix up on rooms, the manager quickly rectified this. The restaurants were superb; especially The Lobby & Brooklands - outstanding quality and staff who were very accommodating for our picky kids palates! The bar opposite brooklands was nice too - great cocktails but one of the waitresses was unnecessarily rude & unprofessional when we pointed out that she got my husband’s drink wrong! The spa was a lovely highlight. New facilities and peaceful ambience. However, 1 or 2 of the staff were quite overbearing and imposing! Despite that however the kids had fun thanks to some helpful pool toys & colourful fruit ice lollies! But the pies de resistance which made up for these minor issues had to be the suites - absolutely amazing - beautifully designed, spacious for central London and incredibly comfortable. Slept like a baby and the boys loved it. Room service was fab too. They also made an effort to decorate it with balloons and some treats. Overall - amazing service & memories! Almost perfect if not for a few staff members. Will def consider coming again.
