Nice place to stay, above a pub. So expect some noise. Clean and comfy

Lovely clean room, furnished minimally just like I like, comfortable bed , clean bathroom , hot water, nice towels and bedding , great location, the only thing for us was we had noisy neighbours the first night but would recommend this place and would stay again.

Inside the building and the room is clean, updated the water dispenser is a plus, the service and maintenance respond quickly. Contrast with the exterior an alleyway with dumpster asides, one night we back to the hotel and a car parking made it difficult for us to pass

I was missing an elevator, because our room was in the highest floor. While we were sleeping, some people were very noisy.

Good sized room, clean and tidy. No air conditioning and room got very warm, a fan was supplied but not that effective. Quite a busy location so could be noisy overnight as no double glazing. Couldn’t find any milk among the essential cupboard items. Overall suited us for our weekend trip as conveniently located to the Cenotaph area and the pub downstairs was excellent for food and drink.

Spotless clean, all toiletries provided. Large comfortable bed. Party at the pub downstairs noisy while midnight.

Easy to access and the room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel is right above a pub where people congregate outside shouting and laughing and just off quite a busy road so very noisy until very late and noisy again early morning when the rush starts. Room is spacious and has good amenities but was a bit dusty and not much care had gone into cleaning/maintenance.

I really liked this hotel the room was very nice and comfortable it has everything I needed. It was clean and pretty also pretty spacious We definitely recommend this hotel everything worked perfectly for us thank you!

Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung und sauber. Minuspunkte waren Fenster, die man nich richtig öffnen kann und bei 30° Außentemperatur den Aufenthalt im Zimmer zur Qual wird.

Great location, handy to public transport, and very well priced. The room had everything needed for our one night stay, and was clean and comfortable. As not staffed, entry instructions were sent in good time, and the process was smooth and felt secure. Would certainly use again if in the area.

Al contratar el hotel se mencionaba que tenía aire acondicionado y no fue así. Resulta que ninguna habitación tiene. Me dieron una n ventilador muy ruidoso, aunque pedí otro y me lo dieron. Tienen un almacén donde se puede reponer jabón y shampoo, café y toallas, pero casi nunca habían. Mucho ruido de la calle, pues abajo hay un bar. No le volvería a hospedar en ese lugar. Por el precio, hay otros mejores.

Room was beautiful and clean. Really good value for a London stay and right near where we needed to be. I will definitely use again.

I stayed in room no 18 which was at the attic. There is no heat insulation at the roof, window can not be open and the room is literally a heat trap. It was insanely hot, and when I told this to staff , they told me I was speculating !!! Really the person who dealt with ne was not helpful. I would not recommend anybody to stay in this premises during summer. It gets unbarebly hot and I am not exaggerating. Do not stay in summer unless they fit the place with air conditiıning.

Stayed in Unit 3 23-26 June when temperatures in London were 24-29 °C, and the room was insufferably warm. There is a large fan, which goes some way to help, but the large windows start receiving the heat of the sun from dawn, and this heat is ‘baked in’ to the room for the rest of the day/night. The two large windows are the best part of 1.5 m tall, but only open to around 10 cm (presumably for safety/security reasons), and even then, I had to prop them open with the coffee mugs provided to keep them open. Location-wise for Westminster and Piccadilly etc., it is actually really handy, if a little noisy from the pub below. I’d consider returning, but not in the summer months - unless the temperature is guarantee to be below 20 °C at the very maximum!

Very easy to check in and access the property on arrival. Rooms were well equipped and spacious. Clean building with good facilities.
