The Vacationers

My two nights were terrible. I was left in freezing cold unable to gain access due to the lock. Owner was not immediately available for support. A guest smoked cigarettes and weeds on both night with windows shut. I returned to a smelly property. As a non smoker this was unacceptable. My clothes and air felt dirty. The same client cooked with windows shut causing the smoke alarm to go off disturbing my peace. Kitchen was used and not immediately cleaned after use by other guest.

I did not end up staying as the room had no proper ventilation but just one tiny window on top. It was stinking. It was a tiny room. I left. I need a refund

The bedroom and hall carpets were badly stained.No light in the bathroom.Property had a smell about it.Several guests turned up and needed help but could not get the property owner to answer the phone.Property advertised off road parking but was street parking

it was hard to find the right door on the street and then enter the code on the door as it was difficult to understand. the bed frame was very creaky and there was not even a lamp in the room. the bed was comfortable and the pillows were also soft. room had a good amount of plug sockets and a nice window on the roof. overall not too bad but improvements could be made

Would be nice when booking to be told there is no tv in the room as the one i selected on the picture it showed a tv.

Such a convenient place to stay. Secure, clean and always responsive if there are any concerns. Would recommend

Nice warm clean

It was very comfortable

No signal for tv no tea or coffee but clean room and very comfortable bed. The area is quiet so had a great nights sleep. Couldnt connect to the wifi

The property itself was well kept, clean, and had good utilities. Parking was not at all clear, since it seemed to be in a permit-only area so I parked about 10 minutes away on foot. Strange area to stay in, but again, the place itself was nice and well kept.

Very noisy arealoud

The property was excellent value for money and the system for entry was very organised. Its a shame my bed sheets where dirty and the duvet had a brown stain which spoilt my stay.

The room was not what was displayed. Low roof closed to the bed. A very small room also

Full value for money

No complaints. Just a Suggestion please. I could not find a hand wash either in the bathroom sink or the Kitchen Sink. I had to use the shower Gel in the bathroom to wash my hands. It would be nice to have a hand-wash please. Would defo help guests like me,

Great experience

There was no Bed sheet, Pillow, mirror , dustbeen and basic amenities in the room. there was only one shared toilet for so many occupants and this toilet was always occupied by someone. I tried to contact property manager but phone was never picked up and never answered. Mattress quality was so Poor that I could not sleep whole night.

Love the quietness of the hotel, also the self service option, but the management need to always follow up on constomers coming in to stay. Like sending a map location,from location close to the apartment.
