Bar well stocked rooms clean everything you need is in the room been in Blackpool loads of time this hotel is beats everyone I’ve been in.10/10👍👌

Hate to diss anywhere where hosts have given over their home but our stay was awful. The room looked nothing like the pictures with a double bed, (awful mattress) up against the wall in a room that should have been a single. The shared bathroom wasnt far to go, which was a plus but there was no sink so you had to come out of the loo to wash your hands in your room meaning the transfer of germs would have been on all the handles. The TV was no bigger than a laptop. There were USB points for charging, which was a nice touch. Weirdly Haribo instead of biscuits and not sure what was in the kettle but my morning coffee went straight down the sink. We got into bed about 10:30 but there was a bar on the ground floor and the music, impromptu kareoke and loud noise went on well after acceptable hours for a hotel. We just got to sleep and the fire alarm went off. It was a false alarm which went off again about 15 mins later. The plumbing bangs when certain rooms use their water, which went off intermittently through the night. As we were leaving the host wished a couple of ladies well and hoped they would return, one of them turned to us and said "never coming back here" so it wasnt just us who had a bad experienced.

Very clean and have everything at hand of what you’d require. Even Haribos!! Comfier bed than my own.

Smelly and dirty carpets, top floor each flight of stairs smelly. I started sneezing hence needed to use my inhaler. We came home, no intention of sleeping. Refund please.

Very good value, new beds, very comfy, lovely little (and very cheap), characterful bar, very friendly. What else would you need in Blackpool for that price! Also very close to the central pier, so right in the heart of the action

they were very friendly and polite made us verty welcome

Hosts are fab But property could do with a update and unfortunately did have a damp smell

hotel was reasonably priced..easy check in.land lady showed me to my room..i lost my key first night.was tipsy lol...and i was charged £10 for new keys.which i thought was very nice on the owners part..overall it was a pleasant stay

Really attentive. I decided to not stay my second night as I wanted to go home. This in no way was down to the hotel, it was just personal reasons
