The bathroom is in dire need of refurbishing Shower in an absolutely aweful state, and this was their superior room. Lamp shades are old and need changing. Furniture need repainting. Carpets need cleaning or changing.

Room was good but 1st room had broken toilet and would not flush, we got moved rooms without too much of a problem, staff were helpful and polite, would stay again next time I'm in Tiverton, breakfast was good and tasty! Amazing crossiants

What really made our stay was the service.
As we were attending a funeral wake a huge amount of time was spent in the bar area, the staff were amazing and thank you especially to Carol who went that ‘extra mile’ searching for orange slices & special glasses for our daughter!

The hotel seemed a tad dated. The room we stayed in was noisy due to a noisy air conditioner or loud heating system. The window didn't shut properly either. Was suitable for an overnight stay whilst travelling.
